Friends are hard to come by in WWE and it seems there are many teams that could potentially split up soon.
From long-term partnerships noticeably fizzling out, to more shocking splits that could come out of nowhere – there are plenty of tandems that could be on their last legs.
Here are seven WWE tag teams that are seemingly headed for a split.
7. Fraxiom
While they continually assert that they are indeed “fine” – it always sort of seems like Fraxiom is teetering on a break-up.
Likely because both Nathan Frazer and Axiom are talented singles wrestlers on their own, fans often seem to think they could go their separate ways.
Although they did survive NXT still intact as a tag team – that doesn’t mean the main roster won’t eventually see their demise.
With potentially conflicting goals and the potential to chase singles gold – it seems to bea matter of time before fans see the demise of Fraxiom.

6. A-Town Down Under
This team seems to have already parted ways albeit not quite officially on TV.
While Grayson Waller has been taken under the wing of The New Day, he has made it clear that he no longer feels he needs the deadweight of Theory.
Theory has yet to really clap back at Waller on screen, but it certainly seems that all of the pieces are there to see this duo go up against one another – with a babyface turn likely for Theory.
With Waller able to find singles success as a heel, hopefully there is something intriguing up next for Austin Theory who continues to be touted for his potential.

5. Alpha Academy
After they got dumped by Chad Gable, the group of Otis, Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri kept the Alpha Academy name.
However with Maxxine having moved on to now be in a tag team with Natalya – it seems the group may be on the brink of disbanding entirely.
With Otis currently out of action with injury, it has left Akira Tozawa sort of on his own.
While they could always reunite in the future, at least for now it seems Alpha Academy is on pause.

4. El Grande Americano & American Made
While Chad Gable is on pause from being the man under the luchadore mask of El Grande Americano – a new Americano has emerged.
While it hasn’t been confirmed on-screen – American Made have already publicly stated that they believe its Ludwig Kaiser, its unclear whether they’re on board with the new Americano or will seek to end the charade once and for all.
With The Creed Brothers not doing much of note lately, a feud with Kaiser would make for a fun use of all involved.
Specifically paving the way for a singles feud between Ludwig Kaiser and Julius Creed, the break-up of this version of Americano with American Made could showcase Julius as a potential future singles star.

3. Fatal Influence
Recently featured at Evolution 2025, Fatal Influence continues to reign over the NXT women’s division.
While Jacy Jayne continues to hold the NXT Women’s Championship – the title may be the thing holding the group together.
With some teases of a potential incoming strife between Jayne and Fallon Henley, it isn’t clear which way Jazmyn Nyx may end up aligning in the end.
With the WWE Draft 2025 reportedly coming up after SummerSlam – it will be interesting to see if Fatal Influence makes the leap to the main roster as a group.

2. No Quarter Catch Crew
There are already dwindling numbers for the No Quarter Catch Crew, with clear unhappiness within the group.
Led up by Charlie Dempsey (real life son of William Regal for those unaware), the group previously contained Myles Borne who won his way out of the stable by beating Dempsey in a match.
Poised to follow suit, fellow NQCC member Tavion Heights attempted to do the same – however when the group’s female member Wren Sinclair threw in the towel on behalf of Heights to end the match – the group continues.
It definitely seems as though the group is gearing up to disband – but exactly how remains to be seen.

1. LWO
With both Rey Mysterio and Joaquin Wilde out of action due to injury, LWO consists of just Dragon Lee and Cruz Del Toro.
Although it has been reported that Rey Mysterio could make his return as soon as August – it isn’t known if he will be back in action in time for SummerSlam.
Potentially an opportunity to turn Dragon Lee heel by turning on Mysterio – there are still some stories for LWO to tell before an eventual disbandment from the group we know today.
It would be fun for Rey Mysterio to keep the faction going – however recruit a new group of talent.
