Becky Lynch has become one of the biggest heels in all of WWE today and could potentially assemble her own faction.
Considering her current feud with AJ Lee, Lynch might want to surround herself with protection to get the better of the legendary star.
“The Man” creating her own stable might be wise and help to give several different stars on the roster a direction moving forward.
Here are eight WWE stars to potentially join a new Becky Lynch faction.
8. Izzi Dame
Since making her WWE debut on the NXT brand, Izzi Dame has been someone who has been looked at as a future star.
Having the look and presence to be successful on the main roster, Dame has felt like a ready made talent for Raw or SmackDown down the line.
After becoming the NXT Women’s North American Champion, it feels like only a matter of time before Dame gets called up to the WWE main roster.
Dame joining forces with Becky Lynch may be the best way for the NXT star to have a prominent role in the WWE women’s division and play the enforcer for this new faction.

7. Tatum Paxley
In 2025, Tatum Paxley finally completed her rise to prominence in WWE by becoming the new NXT Champion at the Halloween Havoc premium live event.
Making her NXT debut in 2022, Paxley started as a plucky underdog and soon developed a darker persona after losing friends throughout her run in the company.
After climbing the ladder on the NXT brand, it might be the right time for Paxley to get called up to the WWE main roster.
Paxley joining a new Becky Lynch stable could see her bring her deranged ways to give this group an edge.

6. Nikkita Lyons
Another WWE NXT star who made her debut a few years back was Nikkita Lyons.
Showing her personality and distinct look, Lyons became someone who many fans thought could be a future star for the NXT brand.
While she hasn’t garnered a ton of support during her years on the brand, one major supporter as of late for Lyons has been Becky Lynch.
After their recent interactions on social media, fans could see Lynch become a mentor for Lyons and bring her up to the main roster as a member of this new potential faction.

5. Sheamus
Since signing with the company, Becky Lynch has made several friends on the WWE roster.
One of those friends is her fellow Ireland native Sheamus who she has spent time with outside of the ring as seen on social media.
“The Celtic Warrior” is currently sidelined after undergoing shoulder surgery at the tailend of 2025.
Wanting to bring him back in an impactful way, WWE could align Sheamus with his real life friend in Lynch if she is to create a new stable for herself.

4. ZARIA
Since debuting for WWE in 2024, ZARIA has made a name for herself with her strength and overwhelming intensity.
The Australian star formed a friendship and partnership with Sol Ruca that has become a focal point in the NXT women’s division.
Considering her size and power inside the squared circle, ZARIA would be a fitting choice for Becky Lynch to bring into her faction.
Wanting her to be an enforcer for this stable, ZARIA could work very well next to Becky that could make this a formidable group in the WWE women’s division.

3. Uriah Connors
Over the past few weeks, fans have seen Uriah Connors take more of a consistent role on WWE NXT TV.
Leaving Chase U, Connors has seemingly joined forces with Lexis King, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Arianna Grace in their growing Birthright faction.
While it seems like he has gone from one group to another, Connors could find yet another stable to join now on the WWE main roster.
With his father Fit Finlay playing a pivotal role in the rise of Becky Lynch, Connors might be an important figure to join her new faction in a major way.

2. David Finlay
At the NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka 2026 event, Callum Newman defeated David Finlay. Post match, Finlay had a tearful farewell, signalling his exit from the promotion.
This has led to several reports indicating that the former IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion could be on his way elsewhere.
While All Elite Wrestling may be interested, all signs seem to be pointing towards Finlay heading to WWE thanks to his familial connections.
With his brother Uriah Connors on NXT and his father Fit Finlay working as a trainer in the WWE Performance Center, David Finlay may make his way to the company and become the first member of this new Becky Lynch faction on the main roster.

1. Paige
Back in March 2025, Saraya announced her departure from All Elite Wrestling after a three-year run with the promotion.
Since then, the former AEW Women’s World Champion has made it no secret that she is open to making a return to WWE at some point in the future.
After several months since her AEW departure, Saraya could be gearing up to make a return to the ring, with many fans hoping to see her become Paige once again in WWE.
Based on their history with one another in the PCB stable, Paige could be brought back into WWE and join forces with Becky Lynch once again in a brand new faction upon her return.
