Ahead of his major match against CM Punk and Seth Rollins at WWE WrestleMania 41, Roman Reigns may need to start a new stable.

From former Bloodline members to reported WWE signees who haven’t even debuted on TV yet – there are actually a number of wrestlers who would be a total fit.

Here are seven WWE stars who could potentially join a new faction led by Roman Reigns.

7. Sami Zayn

Although Sami Zayn is currently out of action after his brutal match against Kevin Owens at WWE Elimination Chamber, he remains top of mind for a new Roman Reigns faction.

With the pair already successfully working together during the Survivor Series WarGames match, it seemed like the ill will between them had been pretty successfully squashed.

Whereas fans connected previously to the story of Zayn learning to stand up for himself to make a break from Reigns, perhaps the next emotionally powerful story to tell will be that of moving forward.

Reigns has demonstrated some willingness to play well with others – perhaps his old Honorary Uce is the perfect one to help bridge the gap between an at times harsh Reigns and the rest of the squad.

6. Hikuleo

NJPW star Hikuelo, said to be joining WWE's Bloodline

Despite having been reportedly signed to WWE since last Summer, there has yet to be a debut from real life Bloodline family member, Hikuleo.

Best known for his time in NJPW, Hikuleo previously appeared alongside his brother Tama Tonga as well as Tonga Loa at a commanding stature, billed as 6 feet 8 inches tall.

Despite rumors that he may be set to debut on NXT in advance of a main roster appearance, that has yet to materialize so perhaps he is being saved for a big future storyline.

A debut for Hikuleo would not only have intriguing implications for Roman Reigns, but also Solo Sikoa and the rest of the new Bloodline.

5. Lance Anoa’i

Another member of the Bloodline family that has been signed to WWE is Lance Anoa’i.

The former MLW Tag Team Champion (with Juicy Finau as Samoan Swat Team) has been competing since 2010.

Most recently photographed at the Performance Center with Shawn Michaels, WWE fans have been anticipating seeing the latest member of the Anoa’i family debut in the company.

With Roman Reigns looking to assemble a group behind him that would be prepared albeit compliant, perhaps a brand new star is exactly who he would look for.

4. Zilla Fatu

While Zilla Fatu has yet to sign with WWE, he definitely would be someone to watch.

The Texas-based star may be relatively new to wrestling after training at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling, but being short on experience hasn’t stopped his dominating performances.

Most recently competing against another former WWE alum Donovan Dijak in House of Glory, Fatu is the HOG Crown Jewel Champion.

While Fatu remains a free agent, he would definitely fit right in if Roman Reigns were to be establishing a brand new iteration of the Bloodline.

3. Jey Uso

However, if Roman Reigns is looking to create a new stable, he should definitely consider cousin Jey Uso.

Despite the rocky past relationship between the pair, Jey Uso has demonstrated in the past year that he truly is the ‘main event’.

Beloved by fans, Uso would bring instant heart to a faction that could come off as a bit disconnected from fans if it is entirely new stars plus Roman.

Also, depending on the outcome of WrestleMania 41, Reigns could want to associate himself with the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

2. Ricky Saints

Imagine the charisma of Ricky Saints being given the unilateral power that comes with being associated with Roman Reigns!

While the pairing may sound a bit random, in the event that Roman Reigns is in need of a new stand-in who can deliver iconic microphone moments in his absence, he could look no further than Saints.

With the ability demonstrate the nuance necessary for the role of Roman Reigns’ stooge – both being able to seem powerful in his absence but smaller in his presence – Saints could quickly become a fan favorite.

Able to tear apart rivals on the mic and also hold his own in the ring, Ricky Saints could be a new-school sidekick to Roman Reigns that he would be desperately lacking in the absence of his former Wiseman.

1. Paul Heyman

However, if Reigns was looking to form a new faction, it would be best if it were to include Paul Heyman.

There is a lot of speculation as to where Paul Heyman’s allegiances may lie by the time the dust settles after WrestleMania 41.

While it could end up that Heyman leaves Las Vegas alongside CM Punk, an even more shocking turn of events may be a new alliance with Seth Rollins being revealed.

Or, perhaps Heyman will prove to be loyal to Roman Reigns all along, making him the perfect cornerstone of any future Reigns faction.
