From new signings to call-ups from WWE NXT, there could be several brand new SmackDown signings set to debut soon.
With the Road to WrestleMania 42 set to kick-off soon, it is the perfect time for new faces to make an impact.
Here are six WWE SmackDown signings that could debut soon.
6. Trick Williams

Perhaps above all others on NXT, Trick Williams is well overdue for a call-up to the main roster. Being a perfect fit for SmackDown, it could be that Trick joins the blue brand in 2026.
Holding both the NXT Championship and the TNA Wrestling Championship in 2025, Williams has had a landmark year.
Able to either link up with former NXT tag team partner Carmelo Hayes or remain a solo act, Williams could certainly bring a brand new element to SmackDown.
With his real-life fiancee Lash Legend currently starring on the brand, it could be that a dangerous new mixed tag alliance could be on the horizon as well.

5. Mike Santana

A potential new signing on WWE SmackDown could come directly from TNA Wrestling in Mike Santana.
While Joe Hendry signed with WWE and seems poised to appear on NXT moving forward, it could be that another former TNA Wrestling World Champion might hop directly to the main roster.
Mike Santana is reportedly contracted with TNA Wrestling through 2025 but without further details about a potential next step for the star.
Already having made several appearance on NXT that were well received, it would make complete sense to see Santana zip directly to the main roster.

4. Private Party

A tag team that has been missing in action from AEW for nearly a year is Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marc Quen).
Dropping the AEW World Tag Team Championship to the Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) in January 2025, both Kassidy & Quen haven’t been seen since.
With reports of interest from WWE in the duo, their TV ready characters could be the perfect injection of fun on the SmackDown roster.
Needing to rebalance the tag teams across WWE Raw and SmackDown in 2026 anyway, it could be that Private Party ends up the newest addition to the blue brand to make a major impact.

3. Ethan Page

An obvious potential addition to the WWE SmackDown roster is Ethan Page, given he already has a storyline on the blue brand.
Partnered with Chelsea Green in NXT as well as holding gold in AAA together as the Mixed Tag Team Champions, it would seem that Page could fit right in on SmackDown.
Able to be introduced to the SmackDown audience as a companion to Chelsea Green, his character could definitely flourish in their on-screen partnership that would be more difficult to achieve as a solo act.
While they may not end up partnered on the main roster for long, the duo would serve for a solid launch of Ethan Page on the main roster.

2. Myles Borne

One NXT star that could be on the verge on having a breakout year on SmackDown could by Myles Borne.
A natural fit to partner up with Randy Orton, the best part about Borne is that his personal backstory lends to his character being likeable as well as having a potential dark side.
Able to later spin his life experiences into more of a bitter fuel for success, Borne could remain a babyface or even take a heel turn and become a new version of The Viper on SmackDown.
Joining forces with Orton, Borne could immediately find himself in big stories with the likes of Drew McIntyre or even, Cody Rhodes.

1. Chris Jericho

With plenty of continued speculation that Chris Jericho could be re-signing with WWE after his current contract with AEW ends, he could be a solid fit for the blue brand.
Regardless of how he makes his big return, the legendary star could become a major force on SmackDown in 2026 .
Intriguing rivalries with familiar faces like Cody Rhodes or Randy Orton remain on the table, but Jericho could also pick up new rivalries with Sami Zayn or Carmelo Hayes.
Absolutely able to anchor the SmackDown brand, it could be that if Jericho does return to WWE — it could be on Friday nights.
