With the next WWE PLE coming up at the end of February in Elimination Chamber 2026, there could be several entrants from SmackDown.
From top stars looking to punch their ticket to WrestleMania, to brand new recruits who could be looking to make their mark, there are some intriguing options.
Here are seven WWE SmackDown stars that could enter the 2026 Elimination Chamber.
7. Trick Williams
Receiving a raucous crowd reception when he made his entry into the Royal Rumble, it would seem that Trick Williams will continue to thrill fans.
Potentially still occupying a space between babyface and heel, the confident and charismatic Williams could certainly bring a fun element to the WWE Elimination Chamber match.
Definitely a star that seems fearless about being on the hunt for championship gold on the main roster, it would make total sense to see Trick Williams not only enter the Chamber but end also up making moments at the event.
Able to shine in the unique match type, Trick Williams could make a lasting impression on the keen Chicago crowd that will pay dividends in the future.

6. Randy Orton
Randy Orton made it to the final four of the Royal Rumble, leading to an interesting potential showdown.
With the others left in the match being Logan Paul, GUNTHER and eventual winner Roman Reigns, Orton could still be headed for a showdown for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Potentially leading to an interesting set of dynamics in the Elimination Chamber bout, there could be the long awaited showdown of Orton vs Cody Rhodes.
With each man likely to be increasing in desperation if their roads to WrestleMania 42 aren’t yet charted by the WWE Elimination Chamber event, the Chamber match itself could be where it all comes together.

5. Jacob Fatu
A major force from SmackDown that will surely be in the chase to enter the Elimination Chamber is Jacob Fatu.
After the Samoan Werewolf had a number of memorable moments in the 2026 Royal Rumble, it seems he will continue his rise in WWE on the road to WrestleMania 42.
Certainly with unfinished business with Drew McIntyre – plus possibly someone else since the identity of Fatu’s mystery attacker from months ago has yet to be revealed – there are several paths forward for Fatu.
Even if he doesn’t end up capturing an Elimination Chamber victory, Jacob Fatu is a must-see performer that would be incredible in the bout.

4. Aleister Black
One potential entrant in the WWE Elimination Chamber is Aleister Black after the Dutchman didn’t make an appearance in the Royal Rumble.
While it is possible he was the hooded and masked mystery attacker who targeted Bron Breakker, more than likely Black could still be in the hunt for a title on SmackDown.
After resolving a recent feud with Damian Priest, Black made his intention clear to continue to target the top champions on the brand.
Potentially looking to get back into contention for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Black could find himself bringing his dark energy to the Elimination Chamber in Chicago.

3. Cody Rhodes
While Cody Rhodes was seeking to make history with a third Royal Rumble victory in Riyadh, he ended up being taken out by someone not even in the match.
With Rhodes in the middle of pulling himself back into the ring, he was struck by a Claymore from Drew McIntyre, knocking him out of the match.
McIntyre was able to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship in his match against Sami Zayn but certainly won’t be free from Rhodes now.
Potentially needing the Elimination Chamber victory in order to secure an opportunity at WrestleMania 42, the match could be a must win for Cody.

2. Sami Zayn
A potential entrant in the Elimination Chamber event from SmackDown is Sami Zayn.
While he failed to capture the Undisputed WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble against Drew McIntyre, there is no indication that Zayn will stop his quest anytime soon.
Certainly able to compete in the Elimination Chamber looking for a potential last chance opportunity to capture a world title shot at WrestleMania 42, Zayn could bring a heartfelt performance.
Potentially falling at the final hurdle, Zayn’s story could be one of adversity that ends up paying off with victory in the future.

1. Royce Keys
A brand new WWE star that could find himself in the Elimination Chamber match could certainly be Royce Keys.
Making his big WWE debut at the Royal Rumble, the former Powerhouse Hobbs in AEW chose his new moniker in homage to his youngest son (Royce) and his Mother’s maiden name (Keys) as he embarks on a new journey.
With several big spots in the Rumble match, it was left a bit mysterious as to where he may be headed – it could be WWE Raw or SmackDown.
Possibly able to join the Elimination Chamber match under either brand, it could be an amazing introduction to the power behind Royce Keys.
