After the announcement that WWE star Liv Morgan is set for a major Hollywood role, the Judgment Day star will be absent from TV for some time.
While there will always be a spot for Morgan when she’s back, there may need to be some kind of storyline coverage throughout her absence, especially considering she’s one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Here are six WWE stars that could replace Liv Morgan during her absence in Judgment Day.
6. Roxanne Perez

Already making a big splash upon her arrival on WWE Raw, it would make sense for Roxanne Perez to slide into a major role in the future of the brand.
Since she and Giulia have already launched themselves into a feud with IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, they could definitely become contenders for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship to cement themselves on the main roster.
Or, Perez could join Judgment Day and slowly begin taking over Liv Morgan’s life… stealing her tag team partner Raquel Rodriguez and maybe even Dominik Mysterio in the process, just like Morgan did to Ripley.
Given that Perez seems to be headed for a big push in her rookie year on the main roster, joining Judgment Day would be one way to do it.

5. Dakota Kai

Previously teaming with Raquel Rodriguez and becoming two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions in 2021 and 2022, Dakota Kai may be willing to restart her old partnership.
While Damage CTRL is still technically a faction, it remains splintered with IYO SKY appearing primarily as a singles star and Asuka & Kairi Sane out of action after injury.
Kai is active in competition however two of her last three matches were featured on Main Event instead of Raw, and she was left completely out of the WrestleMania picture.
Perhaps joining Judgment Day and taking over a spot vacated in the group by Liv Morgan would give Dakota Kai a meaningful storyline.

4. Cora Jade

While she has suffered injuries in the past that interrupted momentum, Cora Jade is back in action and is worth keeping in mind ahead of the WWE Draft.
Cora Jade is definitely a star from NXT who will be able to make a major impact on the main roster when she is called up.
Similarly to Roxanne Perez, there are several directions that WWE could go with Cora Jade joining Judgment Day to seamlessly write Liv Morgan out of weekly TV. Jade even had an interaction on Raw with Judgment Day when she made an appearance back in 2022.
Setting up a compelling story for when Morgan eventually returns, there are a lot of options for the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion.

3. Jordynne Grace

While former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Graxe is a force in NXT at the minute, she would be a great pickup for Raw or SmackDown in the WWE Draft.
Given her in-ring experience and connection to crowds, it wouldn’t be a stretch to think that Grace could be an immediate contender to take on any of the top women’s stars.
However, particularly if she were to tangle with Liv Morgan ahead of her departure to Hollywood, Grace could put on a star making performance.
Definitely someone with the strength, power and experience to put an end to the reign of Liv Morgan at the top of the WWE women’s division, Jordynne Grace could be a great replacement.

2. Zayda Steel

WWE ID standout Zayda Steel is currently appearing on WWE Evolve but it certainly seems that she is headed to NXT or even the main roster soon.
Steel would be able to capture the support of the audience that Morgan had earlier in her career by taking fans through the complete story of her rise through the division.
Similarly to Morgan, Steel has the ability to gain support through her hard work and persistence even in the face of adversity.
While no one can ever really replace Liv Morgan on the WWE roster, Zayda Steel could definitely follow a trail blazed by Morgan and take a similar road to success.

1. Mariah May

While there has still not been anything confirmed about Mariah May‘s future, it’s a future that will certainly be bright whether she ends up in WWE or remains in AEW.
However, there are certainly rumblings that the former AEW Women’s World Champion could be headed to WWE in the near future.
Should she make an arrival in WWE around the time that Liv Morgan departs for her big Hollywood role, there could be an easy segue.
With the Glamour able to conceivably write Morgan off of television after a major defeat, the stage would be set for an even bigger Hollywood showdown upon her return.
