WWE Raw has been starting to look a little different over the past few weeks following the events of WrestleMania 41.
With stars from SmackDown and NXT showing up, the red brand has been undergoing a shift that will result in the roster expanding with a WWE Draft expected to make things official in the next few months.
Whether it be stars moving brands or getting long awaited NXT call-ups, these new talent will be shaping Monday nights moving forward.
Here are eight new WWE stars to potentially join Monday Night Raw.
8. Rey Fenix
Debuting on the April 4 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Rey Fenix has been an instant hit and excited fans with his high flying in-ring arsenal.
On the April 28 edition of WWE Raw, Fenix’s brother Penta took offense to Chad Gable insulting his family and referenced the Lucha Bros for the first time on the company’s programming.
This might be WWE sowing the seeds for the eventual reunion of Penta and Rey Fenix sooner rather than later.
This could lead to Fenix moving over to the Monday Night Raw brand in the WWE Draft and joining forces with Penta to take the tag team division by storm.

7. Roxanne Perez
While she has been making her presence known on the WWE main roster since the start of 2025, Roxanne Perez has remained an NXT star for over three years now.
The two-time NXT Women’s Champion has been appearing on Monday Night Raw more regularly as of late after making a surprise appearance on the post-WrestleMania 41 episode.
After setting the record for the longest duration in the women’s Royal Rumble match at the 2025 event, “The Prodigy” should have solidified her spot on the Raw brand.
Following her recent brewing rivalry with Rhea Ripley and WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY, it shouldn’t be long before her move to Raw is made official.

6. Giulia
Alongside Roxanne Perez, another former NXT Women’s Champion has drew the ire of both Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY.
Giulia also made a surprise appearance on the April 21 WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41 and attacked SKY as well as Stephanie Vaquer with Perez.
Since then, “The Beautiful Madness” has had the back of Roxanne against IYO and Rhea Ripley over the past few weeks.
Despite her focus on regaining the NXT Women’s Championship from Vaquer, Giulia should make the move to the red brand where this new alliance with Roxanne Perez could be further enhanced and help increase the spotlight on the Raw women’s division.

5. Jeff Cobb
After winning the IWGP Tag Team Championship with Callum Newman at Sakura Genesis on April 5, NJPW announced that Jeff Cobb was departing the promotion just nine days later.
With reports circulating that the former NJPW World TV Champion was on his way to WWE, it shouldn’t be long before fans see Cobb make his debut in the company.
While some fans believe the 42 year old star might debut in NXT, WWE might just find a role for the former Olympian on Monday Night Raw.
In recent weeks, Seth Rollins has aligned with Paul Heyman and recruited Bron Breakker to their faction. This new group could be a great way to introduce Jeff Cobb into the company by having him become Heyman’s latest charge.

4. Stephanie Vaquer
The third NXT star who has been making regular appearances on Monday Night Raw since WrestleMania 41 has been Stephanie Vaquer.
The reigning NXT Women’s Champion made headlines when she challenged and faced WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY on the April 21 episode and has looked ready made for the main roster.
Picking up a recent win over Ivy Nile on the April 28 episode, it has become very clear that Vaquer cannot remain on NXT for too much longer.
With her combination of look, presence and in-ring ability, “La Primera” would fit in incredibly well with the stellar female talent on Raw and could become a top star on the main roster on day one.

3. Ethan Page
Signing with WWE back in May 2024, Ethan Page did not wait too long to make an immediate impact on the NXT brand.
Taking only two months to capture the NXT Championship, “All Ego” has shown that he possesses everything necessary to be a star on the WWE stage.
After nearly a year on the NXT brand, it has become evident that Page might not be waiting too long for an opportunity on the main roster.
Making the jump this year, Ethan could immediately find himself in the mix in the Intercontinental Title picture or even ascend to the main event scene in short order.

2. Mariah May
No other potential WWE signing has garnered more headlines and conversation around the wrestling world quite like Mariah May.
Following the conclusion of her incredible rivalry with Timeless Toni Storm at AEW Revolution 2025, reports circulated that May was in her contract year and she wanted to make her way to WWE.
At just 26 years old, Mariah would be a nice fit on the NXT brand, but thanks to her exposure on AEW TV, the company would be wise to place her in a prominent spot on the WWE main roster.
Making her way to Monday Night Raw, May would have a huge spotlight on her and be able to interact with some of the top female talent like Becky Lynch, Lyra Valkyria or Liv Morgan.

1. Tony D’Angelo
One of the mainstays of the original NXT 2.0 rebrand, Tony D’Angelo has lasted longer than many of his counterparts from this period.
While the likes of Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller and The Creed Brothers have all moved on to Raw or SmackDown, D’Angelo has remained one of the most prominently featured acts on NXT.
Tony D is a former NXT North American Champion, Heritage Cup holder and NXT Tag Team Champion.
With his current rivalry with his former “Underboss” Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo just getting started, D’Angelo might be on NXT a little while longer, but he would fit in very well on the Raw brand when the time is right.
