In WWE there are seemingly endless tag team break-ups, but here is an entire list of teams that should get back together.
With histories long and short, the following duos could definitely reunite again in WWE soon to give their tag team another shot.
Here are seven WWE tag teams that could potentially reunite soon.
7. Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton

The Legacy duo of Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton – sans third member, Ted DiBiase Jr) – could definitely reunite soon.
With Rhodes and Orton ready to face off against heels John Cena and Kevin Owens respectively in the lead up to WrestleMania 41, it would make sense to see them working together.
Certainly at very different stages of their careers than when they were last working together as a team back in 2009, the pair could be a fun throwback for long term fans.
Especially on the road to WrestleMania, both Orton and Rhodes could use all the friends they can get.

6. Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams

The former NXT tag team of Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams have truly demonstrated that they are able to stand alone and be stars.
However, now is the time to bring the pair back together as the duo is even stronger together than they are apart.
With Williams seemingly wrapping up his time in NXT and perhaps being on the verge of being called up to the main roster, it would be an easy transition to bring the pair back together on SmackDown or Raw.
Also now that Trick has seen the heights that Melo saw, perhaps his perspective on their feud has changed. There is a lot of emotional ground left to cover with this compelling duo – hopefully they reunite soon.

5. Becky Lynch & Lita (or Trish Stratus)

Neither Becky Lynch nor Lita are currently in WWE action but that doesn’t mean the pair couldn’t reunite to make some more magic soon.
Becky Lynch has reportedly re-signed with WWE but has yet to make any return to television – perhaps teaming with a veteran star would be an enticement to bring back The Man.
While they certainly left off on bad terms previously, Trish Stratus could always prove to be a more loyal tag team partner to Becky Lynch this time around.
Either way, with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship still not yet booked for WrestleMania 41, one option would definitely be to pair veterans of this caliber together again to fight for the title.

4. Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss

Another pair of former champions who could find themselves reunited are Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss.
Perhaps the most likely reunion out of the list, the duo are no strangers to working together in the past and still have some unfinished business.
While in their previous two reigns as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross was in a different era with her character, there is no reason to believe her new fearsome Wyatt Sicks persona wouldn’t be even more menacing in the ring.
With rumors seemingly still suggesting that Bliss will be revealed as a member of the Wyatt Sicks at some point – perhaps joining up with Nikki in a tag team will be the catalyst to her joining the group.

3. Alexa Bliss & Asuka

While we’re at it – what about the duo of Alexa Bliss and Asuka! The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions were indeed a tag team in 2022 despite their relatively short reign together.
The duo quietly disbanded as they were initially joined together against Damage CTRL – before Asuka returned and became a member of the faction.
With Alexa Bliss’ creative direction continuing to be unknown, rejoining a former tag team partner – either Nikki Cross or Asuka – could be a good move.
Asuka for her part remains out of action due to an injury she suffered back in May that required surgery.

2. The North (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander)

While this team is not a WWE tag team that would be reunited, it is a tag team that could reunite in WWE.
While ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page has found himself in WWE NXT, his former The North tag team partner Josh Alexander reportedly remains a free agent.
There would seemingly be interesting in Alexander from both AEW and WWE however it is particularly intriguing that his former tag team partner Page has found such success in NXT.
The former TNA Tag Team Champions could be back together sooner rather than later if Josh Alexander signs with WWE.

1. Damian Priest & Finn Balor

While Finn Balor’s betrayal of Damian Priest is still relatively fresh in fans’ minds, the duo could maybe find a way to come back together.
Now that Balor seems to be on the outs with “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio (with the latter on a quest to add a new member to the Judgment Day, even against Balor’s wishes), perhaps his character may see the way things ended with Priest in a different light.
The former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions held the titles for over 200 days together and could definitely capture gold again.
While theirs may be the most difficult reunion to pull off – since things ended so dramatically between them – it would also be very rewarding.
