On Sunday, October 12, TNA Wrestling will present their biggest pay-per-view of the year with Bound For Glory 2025 from Lowell, Massachusetts.
With all the momentum the company has received due to their partnership with WWE NXT, this should be a huge show that includes a few surprises in the form of returns.
Having some of the legendary names from TNA’s past showing up at this event, Bound For Glory should offer a night that fans won’t soon forget.
Here are nine TNA Wrestling legends to potentially return at TNA Bound For Glory 2025.
9. Mickie James
Ahead of TNA Bound For Glory 2025, the company will hold their annual Hall of Fame ceremony where they honor some of the legends from the promotion’s history.
The headline name for this year’s TNA Hall of Fame is Mickie James. Despite making a name in the industry with WWE, James started her career with TNA Wrestling in 2002.
Making returns to the promotion in 2010 and 2021, James went on to become a five-time TNA Knockouts World Champion among other accolades.
With her induction into the Hall of Fame, Mickie James should also be part of the main card for TNA Bound For Glory 2025 and even potentially announce her in-ring return against one of the Knockouts on the roster.

8. The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky)
Alongside Mickie James, fans will have the chance to honor, celebrate and remember The Beautiful People as the duo will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame.
Angelina Love and Velvet Sky became one of the most popular and entertaining acts in the early days of the TNA Knockouts.
Both women went on to hold championship gold with Love being a four-time TNA Knockouts World Champion, while Sky has held the title twice.
With two more reigns as TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions with separate partners between the tandem, The Beautiful People could also be part of the TNA Bound For Glory 2025 main show and possibly inserted into a title match against The IInspiration.

7. Konnan
Konnan made his return to WWE back at the 2023 Hall of Fame ceremony when he inducted his longtime friend Rey Mysterio. The Mexican legend has made more regular appearances ever since the company acquired Lucha Libre AAA.
Alongside Corey Graves, Konnan has been featured as a color commentator on the call for the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide shows and TripleMania XXXIII.
Making a return to TNA Wrestling in 2018, Konnan could make his way back to the promotion through both promotion’s association with WWE.
With his former protege having the biggest match of his career against Trick Williams for the TNA World Title, it would be appropriate for Konnan to be in Mike Santana’s corner for this showdown at TNA Bound For Glory 2025.

6. AJ Styles
At TNA Slammiversary 2025, AJ Styles made his return to the company for the first time since 2014.
In one of the best moments of the year for the promotion, Styles endorsed the newly crowned and youngest ever TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater following his victory over Moose.
TNA Bound For Glory 2025 will see yet another special match for the company when WWE NXT’s Je’Von Evans challenges Slater for the X-Division Title.
Styles joining commentary or appearing to congratulate the winner will be another memorable moment where “The Phenomenal One” could bring some nostalgia to longtime fans of the product at TNA Bound For Glory.

5. Abyss (Chris Joseph Park)
Another legendary name in TNA history and Hall of Famer is Christopher Joseph Park, who works as a WWE backstage producer.
Known by TNA Wrestling fans as Abyss, Park was known for his brawling, hardcore style that saw him put his body on the line in some of the most violent and brutal matches in the company’s history.
Abyss was only the second ever TNA Grand Slam Champion, holding every title in the promotion’s history and was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2018.
Getting a break from his backstage duties to take part in the partnership that WWE NXT has with his old home, Park could adorn his Abyss mask one more time to possibly make a guest appearance during TNA Bound For Glory 2025.

4. Bobby Roode
Another WWE backstage producer who is mostly known for his contributions in TNA Wrestling is Bobby Roode.
After finishing up his in-ring career, Roode transitioned to become a WWE backstage producer in 2022 and has been one of the more prominent names used in the role since then.
However, Roode deserves to be remembered for his in-ring work and the legacy he was able to leave in TNA Wrestling.
Considering WWE NXT’s relationship with TNA, it makes sense for Roode to make a surprise appearance as a legend coming in to interact with the next generation of the promotion at Bound For Glory 2025.

3. James Storm
Speaking of Bobby Roode, James Storm is another one of the most legendary names in TNA Wrestling history.
Known for his tag team greatness, Storm was part of two of the greatest tag teams in the promotion’s history with Beer Money alongside Roode and America’s Most Wanted with Chris Harris.
“Cowboy” James Storm was known for his brawling, hard nosed style in the ring and entertaining work on the mic and as a character.
Storm making an appearance at TNA Bound For Glory 2025 would be a nice surprise for longtime fans of the company on this historic evening from Lowell.

2. Kurt Angle
No other TNA Wrestling signing made a bigger impact when it happened quite like Kurt Angle.
Causing a systemic shift in the pro wrestling landscape, Angle quickly established himself as the top star in TNA and put on a litany of spectacular matches against other main event talent, such as Samoa Joe, Sting and AJ Styles.
The Olympic Gold Medalist has mostly stayed away from the spotlight in recent years, but he does have a WWE Legends deal and could be used through the company’s partnership with TNA Wrestling.
If the company wants to bring in someone from the past that will bring back some memories, they would be hard pressed to find anyone who would garner a bigger reaction than Kurt Angle at TNA Bound For Glory 2025.

1. LA Knight
2025 has been a crucial year in the career of LA Knight with “The Megastar” being featured more prominently than he ever has before.
Making the move from SmackDown to Raw, Knight has been regularly highlighted on the red brand and heavily involved in the main event storyline with Seth Rollins, The Vision, The Usos and CM Punk.
Before he started his WWE career, Knight first left his mark on the industry with TNA Wrestling as Eli Drake. Going from a lower card loudmouth to main eventer, Knight as Eli Drake had a meteoric rise that saw him become the TNA World Champion.
Knight returning to his old home for TNA Bound For Glory 2025 would be a shocking moment based on how he left the promotion and the fallout, which will show how strong this partnership with WWE really is.
