There could be some brand new faces headed for WWE SmackDown in the near future with potential debuts coming soon.
Without an official WWE Draft in 2025, it would seem that 2026 could see an influx of new signings set to be recruited by SmackDown GM Nick Aldis.
Here are six potential new WWE SmackDown signings that could be debuting soon.
6. Oba Femi
With a built-in storyline for Oba Femi awaiting him on WWE SmackDown, it could be that Femi makes his official in-ring debut soon.
Already appearing on SmackDown and having a tremendous in-ring segment with Cody Rhodes, Femi could certainly have a bone to pick with Drew McIntyre.
After McIntyre interrupted Femi’s match against Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event, The Ruler could be looking for retribution.
Certainly able to launch on the main roster as a huge babyface if he aligns in solidarity with Rhodes (for now at least!), there could be a huge 2026 ahead for Oba Femi.

5. Ricky Saints
While he has made a big impact already since joining the WWE NXT roster, it could be that Ricky Saints makes his SmackDown debut soon.
Dropping the NXT Championship to previous champ Oba Femi at Deadline, Saints would go on to turn heel in a subsequent episode of NXT on The CW.
Kicking off a feud with the seemingly main roster bound Je’Von Evans on NXT, it could be that their rivalry spills over to either WWE Raw or SmackDown.
Seemingly a perfect fit for SmackDown, Saints could bring his charisma to the blue brand soon.

4. Jordynne Grace
With Jordynne Grace being the one to approach Thea Hail after her surprise victory to claim the NXT North American Championship, her comment was ominous.
Potentially teasing a heel turn, it could be that Grace joins the SmackDown roster and has an entirely new persona.
Looking to take opportunities rather than wait for them, she could be ready to join Giulia in chasing Chelsea Green for the United States Championship.
Able to join the main roster and make an immediate impact on either brand, hopefully Grace gets called up soon.

3. Kelani Jordan
A potential call-up from the women’s division in NXT is former North American Champion as well as former TNA Knockouts Champion Kelani Jordan.
Seemingly finding a new renaissance since turning heel, Jordan could certainly bring her antics to SmackDown and join forces with her real-life fiancee, Carmelo Hayes.
A real life couple, the pair could end up being an amazing duo on SmackDown to join an emerging group of mixed tag teams.
Being an amazing future feud for Aleister Black and Zelina Vega, Nikki Cross and Uncle Howdy or Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest, there are a lot of intriguing combinations that could be ahead for Kelani.

2. Blake Monroe
After a surprising finish to the NXT Women’s North American Championship match on the December 16th edition of the show, Blake Monroe has found herself without her title.
Potentially going on to have a fun feud against Hail in which Monroe is attempting to get her North American Championship back by any means necessary, perhaps the move was just to write Blake off of NXT.
Making way for a surprise call-up on SmackDown after having lost the title, the former Mariah May could be poised to become a major character on the blue brand.
Able to align with fellow heels Lash Legend and Nia Jax, Jade Cargill or forge her own path as a singles star, there are certainly big things ahead for Blake Monroe in WWE.

1. Sol Ruca
After making an impressive showing at Saturday Night’s Main Event in an exhibition bout against Bayley, Sol Ruca could be headed for SmackDown soon.
Bringing her fast and fun style to Fridays, Ruca could definitely have great feuds with the likes of Candice LeRae, Michin and Zelina Vega in addition to chasing championship gold.
Seemingly a future candidate to capture the United States Championship, it could end up being Sol Ruca that topples Chelsea Green.
With solid potential storylines for Sol on either WWE Raw or SmackDown, her call-up should be an easy call for Triple H to make.
