Here are seven new WWE signings to potentially debut at NXT New Year’s Evil 2026.

7. Mike Derudder

WWE recently introduced its latest recruits to the Performance Center with several notable names.

Whether it be for PROGRESS Wrestling or RevPro, D’Vecchio has been someone who has stood out for his athletic ability and impressive physique.

Real name Jaime Garcia, the former Zozaya is someone who has a lot of potential with a look that should make him a rising babyface on the WWE NXT brand.

5. Danhausen

AEW star Danhausen

Danhausen has always been one of the popular figures across the independent scene for years.

Whether it be in Ring of Honor or All Elite Wrestling, Danhausen has always stood out with his antics, look and charisma.

As one of the main merchandise movers still on the indies, it would make sense if WWE sees the marketability of Danhausen and wants to bring him in.

With his contract set to expire in February 2026, Danhausen could get an early release that sees him following in the footsteps of Blake Monroe and Ricky Saints to make an immediate jump over to WWE NXT.

Ahead of WWE WrestleMania 41, the company announced the acquisition of major Mexican promotion, Lucha Libre AAA.

One of the standout stars from the company over the past year has been the new version of La Parka.

The young luchador has gained plenty of success and momentum by making a unique connection with the Mexican fans.

Wanting to see if this translates to an American crowd, WWE could debut La Parka on the New Year’s Evil 2026 special in a significant manner.

With extraordinary high flying ability, LeFleur has been a luchador that has grabbed a bunch of eyes for himself with the stunning things he can do inside the squared circle.

Being someone who WWE is high on in Lucha Libre AAA, it would not be surprising to see LeFleur make the jump to NXT eventually.

At the WWE NXT New Year’s Evil 2026 special, the company could introduce him as the newest star on the brand who will excite the fans with his in-ring ability.

2. El Hijo del Vikingo

Ever since WWE acquired Lucha Libre AAA, El Hijo del Vikingo has stood front and center as one of the faces of the promotion.

The former AAA Mega Champion has garnered a lot of heat and hatred from the Mexican fans since this acquisition by WWE, leading to a recent heel turn.

Turning against the fans, Vikingo has shown this unlikely smug charisma and cockiness that has made him the top heel of AAA right now.

Now aligned with Omos, it might be the right time for Vikingo to sign outright with WWE NXT and become a star in the United States as well.

1. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen)

AEW's Private Party

Back in January 2025, The Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin defeated Private Party to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

Since this loss, Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen have been absent from AEW television with no signs of their return.

This has led to rumors and reports indicating that Private Party’s deals were set to expire at the end of 2025, which could see them become free agents in 2026.

With no confirmation as of yet, this could lead to Private Party shocking the world by making their WWE debut at the NXT New Year’s Evil 2026 special to stun the fans in a major way.
