With WWE constantly seeking exciting talent, there are several notable prospects that WWE may be interesting in signing straight away.
From suspected AEW departures to stars already having made their name in Japan – there are plenty of options for Triple H to consider.
Here are nine potential new WWE signings.
9. Mayu Iwatani

Mayu Iwatani recently confirmed her departure from STARDOM and made fans wonder if her next move could be WWE.
Later at a press conference she not only confirmed that she signed with the Rossy Ogawa helmed promotion Marigold – but she also mentioned WWE.
Sharing that one factor encouraging her to sign with Marigold was to have potential future matches against current WWE stars – with crossovers between the promotions taking place since Marigold debuted.
Mayu named IYO SKY, Kairi Sane and Giulia as dream opponents or partners in WWE, making her goal of wrestling for the company one day a clearly stated goal.

8. Shiloh Hill / Jasper Troy

Impressing in their runs on the A&E docuseries WWE LFG (Legends and Future Greats), either Shiloh Hill or Jasper Troy would make excellent signings for WWE.
Demonstrating their abilities throughout the competition series, the duo have both gone on to appear at NXT house shows in addition to their LFG bouts.
Recently Shiloh Hill even made it onto NXT TV as a part of the #1 contenders battle royal (which was ultimately won by Myles Borne).
While the pair are both already in the WWE developmental system, each have their own unique skills that could definitely carry over to NXT and eventually the main roster.

Joe Hendry continues to have a banner career year, including participating in his first Royal Rumble and first WrestleMania.
After taking on Randy Orton as a surprise opponent made Joe Hendry a notable name to a far bigger audience, the TNA Wrestling star has continued to appear on NXT.
Feuding with Trick Williams, and now set for a TNA Wrestling Championship defence against him at WWE Battleground, it seems that Hendry is here to stay.
After Triple H’s post-Mania press conference comments about Hendry being a big future star in WWE – it seems that he will be signed when his contract with TNA is complete.

6. The Texas Outlaws (Wayne and Wyatt Rhodes)

Wrestling really does have more than one royal family! While Wayne and Wyatt Rhodes have already been referenced in a promo by their uncle Cody Rhodes on WWE TV, they weren’t named.
The pair have primarily appeared in Rhodes Wrestling Academy events, they have also had two dark matches in front of a wider audience.
Having an AEW dark match in 2024 and another in ROH in 2025, the pair of young stars are gaining more experience by the month.
Given their impressive lineage and in-ring abilities, it doesn’t seem far out to imagine two more Rhodes’ in WWE sometime in the near future.

5. Mariah May

One potential new signing to WWE that is already well known to professional wrestling fans is former AEW Women’s World Champion, Mariah May.
After having entirely disappeared from AEW in the wake of her ‘Hollywood Ending’ loss to Timeless Toni Storm at AEW Revolution – rumors persist that she is WWE bound.
May demonstrated her acting chops and ability to tell complex storylines during her time in AEW and could now be poised to take the skills to a brand new stage.
It bears repeating that there has still been no confirmation whether or not Mariah May is definitely heading to WWE, but with reports pointed in that direction coupled with her absence from AEW TV – it seems that The Glamour may be signing with WWE in the near future.

4. Zena Sterling /Tayra-Mae Steele

The female talent on the A&E series LFG are two more stars that are both deserving of serious consideration when choosing future signings.
With the finalists of the LFG competition both looking strong as the duo go into their finale match at Madison Square Garden, it remains to be seen which star will walk out as winner of the debut season.
While both are under WWE developmental contracts, they would make excellent signings for NXT – demonstrating as much when they recently appeared with Undertaker and Bully Ray in a backstage segment on NXT.
Both having given compelling performances throughout the LFG competition, it would be nice to see both women progress in their wrestling dreams throughout NXT and the main roster.

3. The Vanity Project

While any number of the members of The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Bryce Donovan, Jackson Drake, Ricky Smokes & Zayda Steel) may end up on the WWE main roster someday – it would make sense to see at least a few signed with WWE together.
Perhaps most notably, Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) and Zayda Steel are names that are frequently brought up in regards to which WWE ID prospects are most likely to sign with WWE in the future.
With Bryce Donovan and Jackson Drake rounding out the faction however, it really could end up that all five members of the group get signed to WWE.
Surely set to be future stars on NXT – there is a case to be made for why the entire stable should be signed to WWE at the same time.

2. Callum Newman

Current New Japan Pro Wrestling star and IWGP Tag Team Champion Callum Newman is a potential new signing for WWE when he is available.
Previously having held the IWGP Tag Team Championship with another new WWE signing in Jeff Cobb, the 22-year old star continues to hold the title with another member of the United Empire faction, Great O’Khan.
While Jeff Cobb debuted as an apparent hired gun for Solo Sikoa – it would make perfect sense for his own ambitions in the future leading him to splintering off.
Although he is experienced in the industry, Newman could absolutely benefit from being signed to WWE to continue to hone his craft in NXT or the main roster.

1. Kylie Rae

A standout prospect from the WWE ID program, it would make complete sense to see WWE Evolve regular Kylie Rae get signed with WWE.
After returning to in-ring competition in 2023 after having a baby, Kylie Rae has resumed her impressive resumé on the indies as well as have a fun feud with Wendy Choo on Evolve.
Able to utilize her veteran skills, Kylie Rae would make an excellent addition to NXT with her signature cheerful babyface character.
With several call-ups expected from NXT in the WWE Draft 2025 – perhaps it will be sooner rather than later that Kylie Rae makes her official debut on TV.
