New AEW Hurt Syndicate Members

In 2024, MVP, Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley made their debut in All Elite Wrestling as The Hurt Syndicate.

Bringing their WWE Hurt Business faction to a new home, Hurt Syndicate showcased their dominance and captured the AEW World Tag Team Championships.

After losing the titles and currently on a hiatus due to an injury for Lashley, it feels like Hurt Syndicate could be in line for some new additions to help bolster their ranks in a major way.

Here are six potentially new AEW Hurt Syndicate members.

6. Anthony Bowens

When Hurt Syndicate first arrived in AEW, fans saw MVP give out business cards to a variety of talents on the roster.

One of those such stars in the company was Anthony Bowens, who was on the cusp of splitting from his tag team partner Max Caster in The Acclaimed.

Since breaking away from The Acclaimed, Bowens has struggled to gain any momentum as a singles star.

Bowens joining forces with The Hurt Syndicate could do just the trick for the former AEW World Tag Team Champion in a significant way.

5. Max Caster

Speaking of The Acclaimed, Max Caster has been someone who has become a perennial loser on AEW TV.

Having a Max Caster “Best Wrestler Alive” open challenge led to him being defeated and destroyed by anyone in front of him.

Caster could be someone who could take losses for his stablemates in the right stable.

If Caster wants to have a prominent spot on the roster, he might be better suited to join forces with MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin in The Hurt Syndicate where he could bring some personality to the faction.

4. Lee Moriarty

Over the past few years, Lee Moriarty has risen the ranks on Ring of Honor as a member of Shane Taylor Promotions.

Becoming the longest reigning ROH Pure Champion in the company’s history, Moriarty has certainly made a name for himself on Ring of Honor and could bring that momentum to AEW proper.

However, Moriarty has been having a bit of a disagreement with STP leader Shane Taylor over some differences in philosophy.

Moriarty bringing his technical wrestling flair to The Hurt Syndicate might be a better fit for the reigning ROH Pure Champion instead of continuing on with STP after the recent dissension.

3. CRU (Lio Rush & Action Andretti)

In 2025, CRU formed a duo that has seen them become part of the AEW tag team division.

Lio Rush and Action Andretti both have an exciting, high flying style in the squared circle that should have made them a huge part of the tag scene over the past year.

However, CRU has been unable to get a consistent spot on AEW television regardless of where they are positioned.

Considering Rush’s history with Bobby Lashley from their time in WWE, CRU could use this past to forge a connection with The Hurt Syndicate and join the group as a tag team, while Shelton Benjamin and Lashley focus on singles endeavors.

2. Queen Aminata

Since Hurt Syndicate formed in All Elite Wrestling, there have been a section of fans who have thought about the group adding a female star to this unit.

Queen Aminata has been someone mentioned as a potential member of Hurt Syndicate due to her hard hitting style in the ring and the way she presents herself.

While she is currently out of action with a neck injury, Aminata is someone who could fit in nicely with Hurt Syndicate right now.

Aminata joining Hurt Syndicate might be exactly what she needs to establish herself as a threat to either the AEW Women’s World or TBS Championship upon her return to the squared circle.

1. Kevin Knight

Kevin Knight has become one of the fastest rising stars on the AEW roster today, especially coming off the heels of his stellar performance in the Continental Classic.

Winning his first title in the company, Knight teamed with Speedball Mike Bailey and “Hangman” Adam Page to win the AEW World Trios Championships in January.

Fans have recently seen some vignettes hyping up “The Jet” and trying to present him as a star to watch for the future.

Wanting to step out of the shadow of his Trios Title partners, Knight could turn heel and join forces with The Hurt Syndicate to cause a significant shift in his character moving forward.
