AEW Death Riders

Potentially set to reveal new members soon, there could be some intriguing new names coming to the AEW Death Riders soon.

Here are seven potential new members of the AEW Death Riders.

7. Kris Statlander

AEW Women's World Champion Kris Statlander

Taking on Jamie Hayter at AEW Worlds End for the AEW Women’s World Championship, perhaps it will end up that Kris Statlander ends up changing her mind about aligning with a stable.

Should Statlander end up losing the title at AEW Worlds End 2025  or even if she end up retaining it — there could be a renewed interest in linking up with the Death Riders.

Potentially realizing that she needs the backup of a frightening group or even deciding that she needs a reboot of viciousness, there are a few different reasons as to why Stat would end up linking up with the faction.

Able to easily be recruited at anytime by long-time pal Wheeler Yuta, a vulnerable Stat could be vulnerable to being brought into the group.

6. Jay White

With some theories floating about that Jon Moxley’s time leading the Death Riders could be coming to a close, he could potentially be replaced by another big name like Jay White.

Potentially returning to action in the near future, it could be that when “Switchblade” does emerge again he will have a sharp new edge.

Bringing in a new era of the Death Riders, Jay White could find himself abandoning the Bang Bang Gang for a much more serious crew of violence.

Bringing together an unholy alliance between himself and PAC, there could be a brand new, terrifying force running the Death Riders in AEW.

5. Gabe Kidd

Already a member of the Bullet Club War Dogs in NJPW, Gabe Kidd is seemingly already an honorary addition to the Death Riders.

Joining forces with PAC to inflict damage on Darby Allin, Kidd seems to fall perfectly in line with the Death Riders’ goal of creating chaos and havoc in AEW.

Becoming the new leader of the Death Riders, Gabe Kidd could end up switching up how the group operates.

Ditching any semblance of honor, a new Gabe Kidd-led Death Riders could end up causing even more anarchy than Moxley.

4. Darby Allin

AEW star Darby Allin

One fascinating possibility as a brand new member of the Death Riders might be former foe of the group and Jon Moxley, Darby Allin.

With the original reports of the inspiration for the group being rooted in an intriguing film choice, the general gist was that there was a tyrannical leader who ended up being overthrown by a righteous follower.

Potentially fitting the bill perfectly for one of the longest term stories from AEW, if Darby Allin were to join the Death Riders, there could be an imaginative and explosive eventual end to the group.

With Allin having previously fallen victim to the group — joining the group and taking it down from the inside could be incredibly cathartic for the former TNT Champion.

3. Buddy Matthews

While Buddy Matthews has been out of action with injury, his former House of Black stablemate Brody King has gone to gain new acclaim.

Joining forces with Bandido to create the popular Brodido tag team, the duo held the AEW Tag Team Championship in 2025.

With Matthews potentially looking for something entirely different upon his return, perhaps he might re-emerge as the newest member of the Death Riders.

Able to match the tenacity and violence displayed by the group, Matthews could be an amazing new addition to the stable.

2. Bryan Keith

AEW star Bryan Keith

An unfortunate side effect of Chris Jericho’s AEW absence from action for the second two-thirds of 2025 was the sudden end to his Learning Tree faction.

While Bryan Keith has continued to appear in AEW action alongside former Learning Tree stablemate Big Bill, Keith might benefit from a reboot in the Death Riders.

Keith could benefit from linking up to the latest iteration of the Death Riders as he serves as a solid tag team partner or stands alone as a singles star in the making.

Potentially becoming the character that slowly turns babyface and defects from the group, joining the Death Riders now could set up a babyface version of “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith for success in the future.

1. Kevin Knight

In what could be a shock heel turn, Kevin Knight could align with the Death Riders off the back of a recent appearance outside of AEW.

Interestingly popping up in support of Claudio Castagnoli in CMLL, Kevin Knight might find himself as the newest member of the Death Riders.

In support of the CMLL World Heavyweight Champion who retained his title at Arena Mexico in a match against Ultimo Guerrero— Claudio continues to be on a winning streak and retained.

Possibly a tease of things to come, it could be that Kevin Knight is poised to turn on his JetSpeed partner Speedball Mike Bailey in the near future, putting Speedball in the crosshairs of the Death Riders.
