After years of dissension and buildup, Finn Balor and The Judgment Day are no longer connected as a unit following last night’s WWE Raw.
On the March 9 edition of WWE Raw, Balor got into a brawl with Dominik Mysterio, which led to the rest of The Judgment Day turning on the first ever Universal Champion.
Now that he is no longer with the faction, Balor could potentially recruit a new tag team partner that can help him do battle with The Judgment Day following this split.
Here are nine potential Finn Balor new WWE tag team partners after the Judgment Day split.
9. Rhea Ripley
Back in 2022, Finn Balor joined forces with The Judgment Day, which led to Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley turning on Edge in favor of the newest members of the stable.
Over the next two years, Balor and Ripley became close and even teamed with one another in a high profile mixed tag team match against Edge and Beth Phoenix at WWE Elimination Chamber 2023.
However, Balor led the way for The Judgment Day to turn on both Ripley and Priest in 2024 and were embroiled in a feud with one another over the next few months.
Now that he was on the receiving end of a Judgment Day betrayal, Balor might look for forgiveness from Ripley before reuniting against Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez moving forward.

8. Damian Priest
Speaking of Rhea Ripley, ‘Mami’ has stayed close to her fellow former Judgment Day member and Terror Twins tag team partner Damian Priest since leaving The Judgment Day.
Priest was directly betrayed by Finn Balor, who cost his then-Judgment Day stablemate the World Heavyweight Championship against GUNTHER at WWE SummerSlam 2024.
The former World Heavyweight Champion immediately tweeted out in response to The Judgment Day’s betrayal of Balor on the March 9 episode of WWE Raw.
Now that Balor is on the outside of the group, fans could see a reconciliation between him and Priest that might see the two former members do battle with The Judgment Day together.

7. Sheamus
Finn Balor is someone who has long been viewed as a pioneer in the pro wrestling industry from Ireland.
Another WWE star who has been known as a trendsetter in wrestling from Ireland is Sheamus.
The two men have been in the wrestling business for years and have paved the road for many stars throughout the landscape to follow.
No stranger to doing battle with The Judgment Day himself, Balor could recruit Sheamus as someone to team with to fight the likes of Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh now that they are split.

6. Rey Mysterio
No one on the current WWE roster has been battling and been on the opposite side of the ring to The Judgment Day more than Rey Mysterio.
Back in 2022, Rey’s son Dominik Mysterio turned on him and joined forces with The Judgment Day, which has led to the WWE Hall of Famer being a consistent rival of the faction.
Now that he knows exactly how Rey once felt, it would make sense if Balor looked toward the luchador in what he should do next against ‘Dirty Dom’ and The Judgment Day.
Balor joining forces with Rey might just be the smartest move to counteract the recent betrayal from The Judgment Day and set himself up to have success against the faction in the coming weeks and months.

5. Bayley
When Finn Balor signed with WWE in 2014, he formed a friendship outside the squared circle with fellow NXT top star Bayley.
Throughout the years, both Balor and Bayley have climbed the ladder in WWE and created impressive legacies for themselves.
While not as often as others on this list, Bayley is someone else who is no stranger to battling The Judgment Day in the past.
Whether it be against Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez or Roxanne Perez, Bayley is someone Balor should look at and know he can count on as well as trust to have everything it takes to join him on this war with The Judgment Day.

4. Lyra Valkyria
Speaking of Bayley, her recent tag team partner and best friend has been Lyra Valkyria that stemmed from a competitive rivalry between the two women.
The inaugural WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion still feels like one of the most reliable in-ring competitors on the women’s roster right now.
Considering Valkyria was trained at the Finn’s Fight Factory Pro Wrestling school, the roots that these two WWE stars have run deep and have spanned years.
Balor recruiting Valkyria would be wise considering the talented ladies now part of The Judgment Day led by Liv Morgan as well.

3. Becky Lynch
Another WWE star that Finn Balor had a direct influence on their career has been Becky Lynch.
Another alumni of the Fight Factory Pro Wrestling school, Lynch is one of the most decorated and recognizable female stars in WWE history.
While she is currently a heel on WWE TV, it would not take much to get the fans back on Becky’s side and could lead to a reunion with Balor.
With her history with Liv Morgan, Lynch might be the perfect person for Balor to align with against his former Judgment Day stablemates.

2. Stephanie Vaquer
Following her win in the 2026 women’s Royal Rumble match, Liv Morgan had a choice between the WWE Women’s and Women’s World Championship to challenge for at WrestleMania 42.
After several weeks of contemplating the decision, Morgan went on to choose Stephanie Vaquer’s title to challenge at ‘The Show of Shows.’
Both Morgan and Vaquer have been at each other’s throats, trading barbs with one another ever since then.
With both Vaquer and Finn Balor calling out Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio, this could set up a huge mixed tag team contest on the road to WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

1. Kevin Owens
When asked in interviews throughout the years, both Finn Balor and Kevin Owens have named one another as one of their best friends in the wrestling business.
Coming up together on WWE NXT in the mid-2010s, Owens and Balor have plenty of history on and off screen.
Owens is currently sidelined following serious neck surgery and might not be back by the end of 2026 if not later.
While his current status can’t see him join the fight right now, Owens returning to reunite with Balor to fight off The Judgment Day could be an interesting storyline for WWE to explore.
