At WWE Elimination Chamber 2026, Danhausen made his debut with the company as the individual inside of the mystery crate.
Since then, the former AEW star has been appearing regularly on both Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown in backstage segments.
After cursing several different WWE stars in recent weeks, it might be time for Danhausen to compete in his first match with the promotion and begs the question who will be his opponent for this bout.
Here are eight potential Danhausen first WWE opponents.
8. Grayson Waller

On the March 16 edition of WWE Raw, Danhausen appeared in a backstage segment where he attempted to convince Kofi Kingston to let him join The New Day.
After Kingston turned down this offer, Danhausen went to curse the former WWE Champion, but Kofi was smart enough to move out of the way.
This made Danhausen curse Grayson Waller instead, which led to Je’Von Evans picking up a win over the Aussie in a singles match on the March 23 WWE Raw.
With this curse making Waller’s life even harder than it already was, this could lead to Danhausen facing the former WWE Tag Team Champion in his first bout in the company.
7. Kit Wilson

Over the past few weeks, Kit Wilson has taken more of a prominent role appearing on Friday Night SmackDown.
Wilson has started a rivalry with country music star Jelly Roll and even faced off with him in a poetry slam on the March 20 episode of SmackDown.
Considering Wilson is set to face Jelly Roll in a singles bout, he could run into Danhausen backstage before his matchup.
Danhausen cursing Wilson could lead to a showdown between these two entertaining characters on the WWE roster right now.

6. Johnny Gargano

Ever since losing Axiom’s mask back to one half of Fraxiom, Johnny Gargano has been depressed and been seen lying face-down backstage on Friday Night SmackDown as of late.
The former WWE Tag Team Champion has been trying to rediscover his passion for the wrestling business.
This led to Candice LeRae trying to get Danhausen to remove a curse from Gargano, which saw her give the “Very Nice, Very Evil” star 20 human dollars before he ran off with the money.
After being hustled, Gargano may look for revenge and the money by challenging Danhausen to his first match in WWE.
5. The Original El Grande Americano

Another WWE star who has been the victim of one of these infamous curses from Danhausen is The Original El Grande Americano.
The masked “luchador” met Danhausen for the first time backstage on the March 9 episode of Monday Night Raw. The former AEW star wanted to try on his mask, but The Original El Grande decided to turn him down.
This saw Danhausen cursing The Original El Grande and Los Americanos then jumped him backstage.
After losing his opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship and his showdown with the other El Grande Americano, it might be time for The Original El Grande to take on Danhausen in his first WWE match.

4. The Miz

The biggest victim of Danhausen’s curses in WWE on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown as of late is The Miz.
Wanting to be the locker room leader and guide other WWE stars, The Miz went to Nick Aldis to try to find new stars to give advice to, which led to him interacting with Danhausen.
While “The A Lister” did not want to be his mentor, this led to Danhausen cursing The Miz, which has seen the former two-time WWE Champion being the victim of every bad scenario under the sun backstage.
With The Miz being one of the most decorated WWE stars today, Danhausen would be hard-pressed to find a more formidable opponent for his first bout in the company.
3. Dominik Mysterio

The first WWE star who fell victim to one of Danhausen’s curses in the promotion was Dominik Mysterio.
After interacting with Danhausen backstage, Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Championship to Penta on the March 2 episode of WWE Raw.
Since this first interaction, “Dirty Dom” has not yet interacted with the face painted star over the past few weeks.
Mysterio doing battle with Danhausen would be an intriguing bout for his first WWE match and pay off the story that started on the former AEW star’s first week in the company.

2. iShowSpeed

On the March 23 edition of Monday Night Raw, iShowSpeed returned to WWE in a series of backstage segments.
Following his interaction with Penta and Dragon Lee, Speed went to speak with Raw General Manager Adam Pearce, but they were interrupted by Danhausen.
“The Very Nice, Very Evil” star looked to get the login to Speed’s social media of 180 million followers, but when Speed turned down this offer, Danhausen cursed him.
With reports of the social media superstar making an appearance at WrestleMania 42, Speed could be brought in to go one-on-one with Danhausen in a fun showdown at “The Show of Shows.”
1. Logan Paul

If social media superstars are brought up, Logan Paul is someone who has to be brought up even though he is now a full-time WWE star.
Danhausen confronting Paul backstage could see him cursing The Vision member and making him destined for failure.
WWE are invested in building up Danhausen as a popular comedy figure and there is no one who might be a better heel foil to the “Very Nice, Very Evil” star in his first match than Paul.
If WWE chose Paul as Danhausen’s first WWE opponent then the debutant would almost certainly be guaranteed to have the support of fans.
