After almost an entire year on the sidelines, WWE fans remain hopeful that Bianca Belair could potentially make a return between now and WrestleMania 42.
Considering she underwent finger surgery on Monday, February 16, her status for Las Vegas remains a doubt, however, there will be some exciting possibilities whenever she does make her comeback.
Here are five potential return plans for Bianca Belair in WWE.
5. Win Elimination Chamber & Challenge Jade Cargill
While there are two spots remaining in the women’s Elimination Chamber match, Bianca Belair might be able to appear in Chicago even if she doesn’t qualify for the match.
In what would be a major throwback to last year’s Elimination Chamber and the return of Jade Cargill, Belair could show up and insert herself in the bout before the cage’s doors shut.
Potentially taking out one or both of the first two women in the bout before the Chamber, Belair could take over the match and be declared the winner in the end.
As mentioned, Belair underwent finger surgery on February 16, so a WWE return as soon as February 28 is admittedly a long shot.

4. Join A Babyface Alliance With RHIYO
If Bianca Belair is to make a return to WWE Raw, it might make complete sense to see her join a powerful babyface alliance.
Since the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY continue to go to war with Asuka and by proxy, Kairi Sane — it could be that their feud gets taken up a notch depending on what happens in the Elimination Chamber match.
With Asuka potentially recruiting Giulia to join her alliance with Kairi Sane, it could be that Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY end up needing to find a third in the end to even the odds in their rivalry.
To have Bianca Belair return to have a tag match alongside Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY — her opponents from last year’s WrestleMania 41 — could end up being a nice full circle moment in Las Vegas.

3. Find A New Faction On SmackDown
If Bianca Belair is to return to WWE SmackDown, she may be wise to immediately find some friends on the blue brand.
With Belair able to go either way in terms of resuming her role as a top babyface or coming back with a brand new heel persona, there could be a number of ways the faction comes together.
The heel route could see “The EST” potentially aligning herself with Nia Jax and Lash Legend, with the dominant duo becoming even more unstoppable with the addition of the three time Women’s Champion.
Alternatively Belair could bring together her own group of babyfaces, with herself Jordynne Grace, and one or both of Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair making for a formidable babyface alliance.

2. Turn Heel On RHIYO
There is also an alternate version of Bianca Belair returning to WWE Raw in which she does not align with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY but rather, swiftly turns on them.
With Belair able to use her year off as motivation, she could also end up revealing that she spent the time away fixating on the pair of Ripley and SKY.
While the duo would go on to achieve career success after success in the time since WrestleMania 41, Belair has missed all in-ring action.
Possibly pulling a heel turn and becoming a major opposing force on WWE Raw against the babyfaces like Ripley, SKY and AJ Lee — there could be a dangerous new version of Belair set to return.

1. Take Over For Adam Pearce
With WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce seemingly getting stick from all angles as of late, perhaps a perfectly timed sabbatical is in order.
If Bianca Belair isn’t able to return to in-ring action, she could still certainly make a major impact if she assumed the role of WWE Raw GM.
Certainly unafraid to stand up to the likes of Logan Paul and Austin Theory, it could end up being a woman’s touch that’s needed to bring order to the chaotic broadcast.
Also able to incense Becky Lynch in the women’s division, a short spell of Bianca Belair as Raw General Manager could be a lot of fun.
