With Jon Moxley losing the AEW World Championship at AEW All In Texas, the Death Riders will presumably ride on.
Although they could be looking for a new member or two for the time being – and there are some intriguing possibilities already in AEW to join the faction.
Here are six AEW stars that could possibly join the Death Riders.
6. Nick Wayne
After Nick Wayne turned on Christian Cage at AEW All In Texas, he seemingly departed the Patriarchy as it was previously known.
Moving Wayne on from his gimmick from the group that included the persistent presence of his literal mother – there could be some interesting in-fighting options that spring forward.
If Wayne were to be treated with more respect than Yuta for instance, there could be seeds of doubt planted for the long whipped Wheeler that might finally lead to his revolt.
Seemingly taking hold of his career and shaping it into their own vision, Nick Wayne could have a really fun run as a very specific Death Riders version of himself in AEW.

5. Bryan Keith
The Bounty Hunter Bryan Keith found his way into AEW after having been previously touted by another famous Bryan – Danielson.
Noting that he was a fan of his work before the star had even signed with AEW, it would seem that Keith could be due for a re-invention.
After finding himself having joined the ranks as a former member of a Chris Jericho helmed faction in AEW – Keith could go from his ‘Bad Apple’ gimmick to something entirely new.
More believable as a silent and violent addition to the Death Riders than he ever was as a catchphrase dropping sports entertainment themed character, the move could benefit both the faction and the heavy hitter.

4. Powerhouse Hobbs
One major potential addition to the group was just an opponent at AEW All In Texas – Powerhouse Hobbs.
With Hobbs having replaced HOOK in The Opps (Katsuyori Shibata & Samoa Joe) who is out of action after having suffered a concussion – there is a way that he could conceivably turn on the squad to make way for the return of the star.
Since Hobbs has had some notably brutal battles with specifically Jon Moxley, it would make sense to see him tapped to add the group.
Also continuing their feud with The Opps after the return of HOOK, it could be a good move all around.

3. HOOK
Conversely – HOOK could return from being out of action in AEW to have a brand new attitude.
Potentially poised for a vicious transition, HOOK could be a big add to the Death Riders.
While his turn to the dark side wouldn’t even need a full heel turn – with the character expressing some sort of vendetta after having felt replaced in The Opps – it could be a unique opportunity to showcase a new side of HOOK.
With some question around his future plans in AEW – it could be fun to see him branch out and try something new (being evil) with the Death Riders.

2. Trent Beretta
One character that certainly has the demonstrated ability to be brutal enough to join the Death Riders it is Trent Beretta.
While he remains affiliated with the Don Callis Family, Beretta has a deep history with Wheeler Yuta.
Perhaps being recruited to bring his love of violence to the hard hitting squad, Beretta would be a big addition without necessarily having to cut ties with his former running buddies.
Leaving the door open for the likes of Rocky Romero to potentially feel called to pop-up to help him, the Death Riders could subtly spread and continue to reign over AEW even without the AEW World Championship.

1. Nyla Rose
Where has Nyla Rose been? The former AEW Women’s World Champion hasn’t been in action in AEW during 2025.
However seemingly still under contract with the company – perhaps she could find new life with a new character.
Bringing about a more vicious side of Nyla Rose, the normally jovial star is still a highly threatening presence.
With it being clear from the events of AEW All In Texas that Marina Shafir needs her own back-up just like the other members of the squad – Nyla Rose could be a great pick-up for the Death Riders.
