8 New WWE Signings For Raw

Coming off the heels of WrestleMania 41, the WWE Raw After Mania featured a lot of significant changes to the brand.

Besides Becky Lynch’s heel turn and the new “dangerous alliance” between Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker, the show saw several debuts and returns, most notably Rusev reemerging in WWE for the first time in five years.

With those recent additions and more to come in the next few weeks, the entire landscape of the red brand could look completely different throughout the rest of 2025.

Here are eight potential new WWE signings for Monday Night Raw.

8. Roxanne Perez

Since the start of 2025, it has seemed inevitable that Roxanne Perez will be on the WWE main roster after a highly successful run in NXT.

“The Prodigy” kicked off the year losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Giulia before setting the record for the longest duration in the women’s Royal Rumble match with an impressive performance.

After her entry into the women’s Elimination Chamber, Perez made her return to NXT and has continued to make sporadic appearances on the main roster, including on the Raw After Mania where she attacked WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY.

With the former NXT Women’s Champion set to face Rhea Ripley on the April 28 WWE Raw, fans should see Roxanne officially joining the red brand as the newest signing sooner rather than later.

7. Giulia

Signing with WWE in 2024, many fans have wondered how long before Giulia became a member of the main roster.

Following her reign as NXT Women’s Champion coming to an end abruptly at Roadblock, Giulia was away from NXT TV for a number of weeks before returning ahead of Stand & Deliver.

However, “The Beautiful Madness” then made an appearance on the WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41 to join Roxanne Perez in an attack on IYO SKY and Stephanie Vaquer after coming up short in her attempt to regain the NXT Women’s Championship.

This could set the stage for Giulia’s NXT call-up and her arrival on the Raw brand in the aftermath where she could quickly become one of the top stars of the women’s division.

6. Ethan Page

Another star who has accomplished a lot in a short time on WWE NXT and could be on their way to the main roster is Ethan Page.

Debuting in WWE back in May 2024, it only took “All Ego” less than two months before he was able to capture the NXT Championship in July of that same year.

Page has everything it takes to be a successful member of the main roster from his exceptional talking ability and strong character work to his polished in-ring skills and veteran experience.

WWE Raw signing the former AEW star could further add depth to their mid-card scene, while Page has the opportunity to rise the ranks in a hurry and might find himself mixing it up with the main event stars in the near future.

5. Tony D’Angelo

Back in the fall of 2021, WWE rebranded its developmental brand into NXT 2.0 with a litany of stars being introduced during this period.

While the likes of Bron Breakker, Grayson Waller and The Creed Brothers have moved onto the main roster, one mainstay of this time period has remained a cornerstone of the NXT brand and that is Tony D’Angelo.

D’Angelo has won pretty much everything made available to him, including the NXT North American Championship, NXT Tag Team Championship and the Heritage Cup.

After a four year stint on the brand, it is finally time to see if D’Angelo can find the same success on the main roster with Monday Night Raw giving him a chance to explore his prospects with its stellar roster of talent.

4. Lana

On the WWE Raw After Mania, Rusev made his return to the company for the first time since 2020 by attacking the Alpha Academy.

Following Rusev’s return, it was revealed that he had signed a two year deal with WWE, while his wife CJ Perry had signed a Legends contract.

Perry, formerly known as Lana, is a crucial element of Rusev’s act and should make her on-screen return as well alongside her husband.

“The Bulgarian Brute” having Lana by his side could help him to reestablish himself on Monday Night Raw where there is an opportunity to elevate to the top of the card.

3. Mariah May

Following in the footsteps of Cody Rhodes, Jade Cargill and CM Punk, there have been several AEW stars who have found a new home in WWE in the past few months.

The likes of Penta, Ricky Saints and Rey Fenix have all made the jump and quickly established themselves on Raw, SmackDown and NXT.

The next star who seems pegged to make a similar move is former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May.

After being such an important part of one of the greatest AEW feuds of all time alongside Timeless Toni Storm, May could immediately find herself placed on Monday Night Raw where there are so many tantalising matchups for her with the likes of Rhea Ripley, Lyra Valkyria or Liv Morgan.

2. Jeff Cobb

Despite winning the IWGP Tag Team Championship with Callum Newman on April 5, New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the abrupt departure of Jeff Cobb.

The former Olympian spent the past six years firmly cementing himself as one of the most prominently featured stars in the company, winning the NJPW World TV Championship and NEVER Openweight Championship.

Cobb has a unique blend of size, strength and agility that makes him someone who could immediately stand out on the WWE main roster.

Coming into Monday Night Raw, Cobb could become the next monster heel who can run roughshod over the brand and would fit in nicely with this new “dangerous alliance” between Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman if WWE wanted to give him a significant role.

1. Stephanie Vaquer

On the April 21 WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41, NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer debuted on the main roster and confronted WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY.

Following a competitive match between the two champions, the match ended in a disqualification thanks to interference from Roxanne Perez and Giulia.

After mixing it up with the top star of the brand, it became clear that “La Primera” was more than ready for the main stage and should be there rather soon.

Vaquer splitting her time between NXT and Raw would put a bigger spotlight on the talented Chilean star and show just how much WWE values her, seeing a bright future in her for years to come.
