On Saturday, December 27, All Elite Wrestling will return to pay-per-view for their AEW Worlds End 2025 event.
With this final pay-per-view of the calendar year for the company, there could be some surprises in store for fans, which could come in the form of debuting talent making their arrival.
These talents making their debut at AEW Worlds End 2025 could completely alter the landscape of the company heading into the new year.
Here are eight potential debuts at AEW Worlds End 2025.
8. Cedric Alexander

Back in February 2025, Cedric Alexander was part of a round of talent cuts from WWE, ending his nine-year run with the promotion.
Immediately following his release, many fans speculated if the former WWE star would join his former Hurt Business stablemates MVP, Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley in AEW.
However, Alexander instead made his way to TNA Wrestling where he has been competing since the summer.
Considering he has not signed a new contract with TNA, this leaves the door open for Alexander to make his presence felt and potentially join forces with The Hurt Syndicate following his debut at AEW Worlds End 2025.

On December 2, Ring of Honor posted a social media exclusive where it announced the arrival of former WWE ID star Zayda Steel.
After debuting in WWE as the first ID signee, Steel looked destined to succeed under the company’s banner and was presented as one of the most prominent stars on the Evolve brand.
Following her short time with WWE, Steel will take that experience and should get some kind of role on AEW TV soon if everything goes well.
At just 22 years old, Steel has her whole career ahead of her and could be someone who could climb the ladder in AEW after making her official arrival at Worlds End 2025.

When Donovan Dijak announced his departure from WWE in June 2024, many fans believed he would find a new home in All Elite Wrestling.
Looking to prove himself once again, Dijak did not rest on his laurels or wait for a call. Instead, the former WWE star has hit the ground running back on the independent scene and around the world.
In MLW, Dijak has firmly cemented himself as one of the top stars in the promotion and is currently one half of the MLW Tag Team Champions.
Bringing his versatility and experience, Dijak feels like someone who would fit in nicely with the impressive roster in Tony Khan’s promotion, making a potential debut at AEW Worlds End 2025 hold a lot of weight for the possibilities it could bring.

Speaking of Donovan Dijak, the other half of the reigning MLW Tag Team Champions is Bishop Dyer, formerly known as Baron Corbin.
In November 2024, many fans were shocked to find out that Corbin had been released by WWE following a 12-year stint with the company.
Surprising many fans, Corbin transformed himself to Bishop Dyer and has since made his way to the indies.
Whether it be on the independent scene or in Major League Wrestling, Dyer has proven to be reliable and consistent in everything he does, so it would be interesting to see what he could offer AEW with a debut at Worlds End on December 27.

4. Shayna Baszler

On May 2, WWE had its latest round of talent cuts with over 15 names on the roster being released from the promotion.
Among the names included was Shayna Baszler, ending her eight-year run with the company. One of the most decorated stars in WWE NXT history, Baszler was someone who made an impact upon signing with the company in 2017.
The former multi-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion has since returned to the independent scene and showcased that she still has something left to give inside the squared circle.
With her connection to Marina Shafir in the MMA Four Horsewomen, it would make a ton of sense to see Shayna Baszler debut at AEW Worlds End 2025 to align with The Death Riders heading into 2026.

The former WWE star did not waste any time at all in returning to the independent scene where she has become one of the busiest and highly sought after stars currently.
With her infectious energy and strong efforts inside the ring, Shotzi is someone who would be very valuable to AEW as they bolster their women’s division with the recent addition of AEW Women’s Tag Team Titles.

Considering her experience and ability to play any role, Kai was someone that could offer a lot to the current AEW women’s division.
Considered one of the most underrated talents in the WWE women’s division during her tenure there, it feels like Dakota should find a new home that is more suited to her in-ring style.
