All Elite Wrestling will present their first pay-per-view event of the year with AEW Revolution 2026 on March 15 from Los Angeles, California.

While many fans expect another stacked card, there could also be some surprises in the form of debuting talent officially becoming “All Elite.”

Following in the footsteps of Swerve Strickland in 2022 and Will Ospreay in 2024, there could be some new stars making their mark with a high profile debut at Revolution this year.

Here are eight potential debuts at AEW Revolution 2026.

8. Johnny Gargano

WWE SmackDown star Johnny Gargano

There has been some speculation surrounding the wrestling future of Johnny Gargano as of late.

To start 2026, Gargano’s longtime tag team partner in DIY, Tommaso Ciampa made the decision to leave WWE and went on to sign with All Elite Wrestling.

While Ciampa has gone on to win the TNT Title in his first AEW match, Gargano has not featured in a prominent role on WWE TV.

With the recent exclusion of WWE from his social media bio, Gargano could be setting himself on a path to leave WWE and join Ciampa in All Elite Wrestling with a debut at AEW Revolution 2026.

7. Candice LeRae

Speaking of Johnny Gargano, his wife Candice LeRae has also been at the center of some discussions as of late.

Similar to her husband, LeRae reportedly removed WWE from her social media bio and posted a link to her Pro Wrestling Tees store.

Throughout her time in WWE, Candice LeRae has never quite been spotlighted by the company whether it be on NXT or the main roster.

Considering her long standing friendship with The Young Bucks and others on the AEW roster, LeRae is someone who could make a bigger impact by making her debut for the company in her old stomping grounds of Los Angeles at Revolution 2026.

6. Bishop Dyer (Baron Corbin)

Former WWE star Baron Corbin

Ahead of the January 21 episode of Dynamite, Bishop Dyer competed in his first match in an AEW ring before the show went live.

This surprise appearance led to many fans believing that Dyer could eventually sign with All Elite Wrestling at some point.

The former Baron Corbin has reinvented himself in promotions like MLW and Maple Leaf Pro since his WWE release in November 2024.

Dyer is someone who has shown a great deal of versatility and play a variety of roles in a company that would benefit All Elite Wrestling following a debut at AEW Revolution 2026.

5. The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay)

On the January 15 AMC premiere of TNA Thursday Night Impact, The Elegance Brand defeated The IInspiration to win the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships.

Immediately following this loss, it was revealed that Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay were leaving TNA Wrestling after their contracts expired at the end of 2025.

This has led to recent reports indicating that AEW has some interest in acquiring The IInspiration for the women’s tag team division.

The IInspiration debuting at AEW Revolution 2026 could see them step up as the next challengers for Babes of Wrath and attempt to capture the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships.

4. Dakota Kai (Charlie)

Former WWE star Dakota Kai

Since being released from WWE in May 2025, there hasn’t been a ton of discussion when it comes to the future of Dakota Kai.

Considered for many years as one of the most underrated and underutilized female stars in the company, Kai should have been regarded as a highly touted free agent, but she has not made many appearances in any promotion.

This will change when Kai, now known as Charlie, challenges Kris Statlander for the EVE International Championship on Sunday, March 8 at Pro Wrestling: EVE Wrestle Queendom 8 event.

With the former WWE star facing off with the current AEW Women’s World Champion, it could open the door for Dakota Kai to make the jump and have a triumphant debut the following week at AEW Revolution 2026 in Los Angeles.

3. Hiromu Takahashi

At NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka 2026, Hiromu Takahashi and Taiji Ishimori of Unbound Co. defeated United Empire’s Jakob Austin Young and Francesco Akira.

This bout proved to be Takahashi’s final bout in New Japan Pro Wrestling after announcing his departure from the promotion prior to the event.

Getting a nicely done sendoff from the company, Takahashi seems like he will be back and might just want to try his hand in the United States in a company closely tied to New Japan.

Hiromu Takahashi making the move to AEW would be interesting to see how he fairs in the company with his eccentric charisma and stellar in-ring ability after a debut at the upcoming Revolution 2026 pay-per-view.

2. AJ Styles

WWE star AJ Styles

The entire wrestling world is still questioning the in-ring future of “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles.

At WWE Royal Rumble 2026, GUNTHER defeated Styles to retire “The Phenomenal One” from the company. After the match, the former two-time WWE Champion looked to take his gloves and leave them in the ring until he decided to put them back on.

After this valiant declaration that his career might not be over, Styles has stated that he might be ready to close the book on his run, but left the door cracked for a return in some way.

With many fans hoping for him to make the move to All Elite Wrestling, Styles could shock the world by showing up at AEW Revolution 2026 and confronting a star he has plenty of history with, whether it be Kenny Omega, Samoa Joe or Will Ospreay.

1. David Finlay

Another big NJPW star who recently had a sendoff from a promotion is David Finlay.

At NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka 2026, Callum Newman scored a win over Finlay. Post match, the former Bullet Club War Dogs got emotional, hugged Gedo, bowed for the audience, said goodbye to Hiromu Takahashi at ringside and had a curtain call.

Finlay kissing the lion mark at the top of the stage indicated to many fans that he may be saying farewell to New Japan Pro Wrestling after a remarkable 11-year stint with the company.

While most signs pointed to the second-generation star joining his father Fit Finlay and brother Uriah Connors in WWE, David Finlay could prove to make a shocking debut at AEW Revolution 2026 where he might be better suited with his fellow War Dogs there.
