With AEW All In Texas 2025 set to mark the company’s biggest stateside show yet, there are likely to be some big surprises and maybe even debuts.

With current free agents, former WWE stars and more, there are plenty of possibilities that would add to the roster in a major way.

Here are eight potential debuts for AEW All In Texas 2025.

8. Cedric Alexander

WWE Hurt Business faction, now known as the Hurt Syndicate in AEW

With the rest of the former Hurt Business now in AEW and going by the updated moniker of the Hurt Syndicate, it seems to be only a matter of time before Cedric Alexander also joins the stable.

However, given the Hurt Syndicate’s continued success in the AEW tag team division – currently reigning as champions – perhaps the debut will be delayed until later in the Summer at AEW All In Texas.

As an industry veteran, Cedric Alexander wouldn’t even necessarily have to join the rest of the existing stable to make his mark in AEW.

Definitely able to hold his own as a singles star, there could be some interesting stories to tell for Alexander before he even encountered his former faction.

7. Karrion Kross

Karrion Kross’ current contract with WWE is reportedly set to expire sometime this Summer.

If WWE was to elect not to re-sign him, and his contract is up in time, AEW would be wise to debut him immediately.

Recently gaining momentum and fan support behind his character – including a big crowd reaction when he was just shown in a backstage segment on the May 26 edition of WWE Raw – Kross could come with a built-in fan following wherever he wound up next.

Hopefully WWE is able to capitalize off of Kross’ spike in popularity, but if not, Tony Khan may be more than happy to have Kross kick off a big storyline at AEW All In Texas.

6. Thekla

It is entirely possible that Thekla could make an appearance ahead of AEW All In Texas since teases of her impending arrival are already underway.

Fans have noticed a dropping spider graphic appearing on recent episodes of AEW Dynamite, which is certainly not an accident.

Nicknamed the Toxic Spider, Thekla is an Austrian born wrestler known for both her aggressive style and no-nonsense attitude.

Thekla recently departed from STARDOM in April where she was involved in an angle where she was written out of the company, with subsequent reports that she was headed for the USA and AEW.

5. Gabe Kidd

Gabe Kidd on AEW Collision

NJPW star Gabe Kidd is slowly but surely collecting rivalries with some of AEW’s top stars, seemingly signaling that he could be making his official debut sometime soon.

While already featured on-screen in AEW – most recently assisting the Death Riders – the NJPW star has yet to officially compete under the All Elite banner despite his existing history with the likes of Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay.

Let’s also not forget his history with the still out of action due to injury Eddie Kingston, who suffered an injury last May during a match with Kidd.

Losing the NJPW STRONG Openweight Title to Gabe Kidd at NJPW Resurgence, Kingston would later reveal that he suffered numerous leg injuries during the match including tearing his ACL and meniscus which required surgery, and he hasn’t been seen since then.

4. Elayna Black (Cora Jade)

Already having been announced for more than a dozen independent dates thus far, the former Cora Jade has a busy post-WWE summer lined up.

Announced for a Prestige Wrestling event the day after AEW All In Texas, where Toni Storm is also set to appear, perhaps there will be a big AEW debut in the center of Elayna Black’s big summer.

If Mercedes Mone wanted to secure some backup ahead of her title shot against Timeless Toni Storm at All In, Elayna Black would be a great surprise.

Maybe Mone will finally debut a stable to complete her board of directors since the CEO continues to have more title belts than friends in AEW.

3. Bea Priestley (Blair Davenport)

Known as Blair Davenport in WWE, Bea Priestley was previously signed to AEW, and could actually become the first talent to go from AEW to WWE, then back to AEW.

Already having a storied history with numerous names on the current AEW roster including her real-life friendship with Toni Storm, who she recently described as her “sister”, Priestley has plenty of ways to immediately make a mark.

The pair were last set to meet back in 2019 in STARDOM, but WWE nixed the match after it was noted that Priestley was signed to AEW while Toni Storm was still signed to WWE.

Definitely a duo that could make magic together – either as a team or in a rivalry – it could make sense to see a surprise return from Bea Priestley at AEW All In Texas.

2. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson

Two industry veterans, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson found themselves released from WWE again after having previously been released back in 2020 (and Gallows before that all the way back in 2011).

Since departing WWE, the Good Brothers were immediately rumored to be AEW bound.

Later, Gallows and Anderson teamed with the Bucks in NJPW, potentially signaling an impending return, but at least cementing a storyline alliance still exists between the group.

At least appearing in a crossover capacity, it would make sense to see Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows return to AEW for a big show like All In Texas, even if just to interfere.

1. Bishop Dyer (Baron Corbin)

Fans were recently disappointed to learn that WWE was electing to not re-sign Baron Corbin after having spent over a decade in the company.

However, not one to wallow, the former WWE star has re-branded himself with a new moniker and hit the indie scene.

While Bishop Dyer continues to travel throughout notable independent promotions like GCW and Maple Leaf Pro, he has also recently won two gold medals at the 2025 Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championships.

With some fans perceiving that WWE failed to capitalize on his building popularity near the end of his time in the company, he could be an instant fan favorite in AEW. Making a particularly fun surprise for a big show like AEW All In Texas, it may be the perfect place for Dyer to debut.
