Now that Naomi has captured the WWE Women’s World Championship – she may be assembling a dangerous new faction.
Between potential call-ups from NXT to established main roster stars who could take a turn to the dark side – there are some intriguing choices for who could link up.

7. Nia Jax
At a house show on July 20 there was a very intriguing tag team that debuted brand new matching gear.
Taking on Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY was none other than Nia Jax and Naomi – with Jax sporting yellow caution tape details on a seemingly new (or at least re-purposed!) set of gear.
While the duo have feuded in the past – their tag team could be even more iconic.
Bringing together the powerhouses of Naomi and Nia Jax is the perfect combination for a heel faction set to take over the women’s division.

6. Lash Legend
An NXT star that could be the perfect fit to join the group as an enforcer for Naomi is Lash Legend.
Seemingly destined for big things on the main roster, Legend has already impressed WWE fans with her performances in the 2025 Royal Rumble and at the Evolution battle royal.
Able to make her mark as a minion of Naomi – Lash Legend will definitely find singles success in the future.
However to make sure she has the best possible transition to the main roster – being a part of a powerful faction could be a big benefit.

5. Giulia
Another star who could benefit from linking up with a squad is Giulia.
While the star was drafted to SmackDown after having held the NXT Women’s Championship, she quickly picked up the women’s United States Championship.
While she was recently seen walking and talking with Kiana James in the background of a SmackDown scene – it might make sense to see both of them join up with Naomi.
Needing to find a home on SmackDown, joining a heel faction could be a great move for Giulia.

4. Kiana James
Seemingly poised to return to main roster TV imminently since having been out of action due to an injury for over a year – Kiana James could be a great addition to Naomi’s squad.
Not debuting a new look – as the star had a dark match for Main Event ahead of the most recent SmackDown taping – James is seemingly sticking to her business woman character.
Notably leaving space to be a fun incorporation into Naomi’s group, James could be revealed as the business manager of this latest unhinged iteration of Naomi.
With James taking on the task of facilitating some of Naomi’s wild requests, there could be some very fun on-going backstage and social media content between the pair.

3. Kabuki Warriors
Adding a tag team to her stable of powerhouses not to be messed with could be the ideal move for Naomi.
Since Asuka and Kairi Sane have recently reunited on WWE Raw, the pair have already been enjoyable to see back together.
However with the WWE women’s tag team title picture continuing to be a little convoluted with the number of contenders across all brands – perhaps the Kabuki Warriors could find their inner motivation similarly to Naomi.

The inaugural NXT North American Champion has gone through an emotional journey as a character – going from cheerful babyface to a more vicious heel after her reign ended.
Showing off her impressive gymnastics skills in the recent Evolution battle royal, Kelani Jordan seems to be headed for a bright future on the main roster one day.

Another NXT standout who showed off her abilities during the Evolution battle royal is Jaida Parker.
Having also made previous main roster appearances in the past – including the Royal Rumble 2025 – Parker seems primed to do more.
Potentially taking her confident attitude to Naomi’s new faction, Parker could certainly prove to be a pitbull for the group.
Combining speed and power, Parker would be an ideal stablemate for any of the other women on the list!
