AEW’s next PPV, All Out, takes place this Saturday, September 20, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.
As is tradition with AEW pay-per-views, the card is already stacked with potential in-ring bangers — including Hangman Page vs Kyle Fletcher, Jon Moxley vs Darby Allin, as well as the in-ring return of Eddie Kingston.
However, more matches are expected to be added before the event, particularly for the pre-show “Tailgate Brawl.”
Here are seven matches that could be added to AEW All Out 2025 at the last minute.
7. AEW Unified Championship – Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Konosuke Takeshita vs. Mascara Dorada
A three-way match for Kazuchika Okada’s Unified Title has already been announced for AEW All Out.
Entrants had to fight their way in through a mini-tournament — bizarrely including the champion himself — with Don Callis Family partners Okada and Konosuke Takeshita already qualifying.
The final qualifier takes place on the 17 September Dynamite between The Beast Mortos and CMLL standout Mascara Dorada, though the result looks set as Dorada has been pulled from a Mexican independent booking on Saturday.
The likely three-way between Okada, Takeshita and Dorada, three of the world’s very best workers, has all the makings of a show-stealer.

6. The Outrunners vs. The Kingdom
The Outrunners remain a hugely popular act in AEW, though the duo haven’t wrestled on AEW programming since late July — their most recent outing being a strong showing against La Facción Ingobernable in ROH.
Similarly, The Kingdom’s Mike Bennett and Matt Taven had a brief hiatus before returning at ROH’s Death Before Dishonor PPV.
While not currently set up in storyline terms on AEW TV, a clash between these teams would be the perfect way to get both acts back in the mix on a big stage.
We could very well see it happen as part of the All Out Tailgate Brawl pre-show.

5. Adam Priest & “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington vs. CRU
In consecutive weeks on AEW Collision, FTR have battled against the newly formed team of Adam Priest and “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington.
Both matches have been standout affairs, and it’s clear this pairing has real potential.
It’s hardly surprising — Priest has been one of independent wrestling’s standout workers in recent years, while the 23-year-old Billington not only resembles his uncle, the original Dynamite Kid, but has also adopted much of his iconic moveset, fast becoming an accomplished worker in his own right.
With Tony Khan seemingly high on the duo, we could well see them added to the Tailgate Brawl against a talented lower mid-card team like Cru.

4. La Facción Ingobernable vs. Kyle O’Reily & Roderick Strong & Hologram & Tomohiro Ishii
So far, mid-card favourites Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, Hologram and Tomohiro Ishii have yet to be announced for the All Out card, despite being regular fixtures on AEW PPV pre-shows.
It seems likely they’ll be added to the Tailgate Brawl, but the question is who their opponents will be.
An eight-man tag against La Facción Ingobernable — Rush, Sammy Guevara, Dralístico and The Beast Mortos — would make perfect sense, with the group also missing from the card, and would undoubtedly deliver a banger of a match.
And with Andrade recently released from WWE, could we even see the 35-year-old return to AEW and reunite with his longtime ally and La Facción Ingobernable co-founder Rush?

3. The Acclaimed vs. The Swirl
The September 13 edition of Collision suggested that The Acclaimed are being put back together.
After initially brawling with one another, Anthony Bowens and Max Caster reunited to save Jerry Lynn from a beatdown at the hands of The Swirl.
This looks to be setting up a tag match between The Acclaimed and the duo of Blake Christian and Lee Johnson.
The question now is whether that bout lands on the All Out Tailgate pre-show, or if AEW lets the story play out further on television first.

2. AEW World Tag Team Championships – Brodido (c) vs. The Young Bucks vs. JetSpeed vs. Heichero & Josh Alexander
AEW Tag Team Champions Bandido and Brody King are set to defend their titles at All Out in a four-way ladder match, though their opponents have yet to be confirmed.
Qualifiers will take place on the September to Remember special of Dynamite, on 17 September, with Hechicero & Josh Alexander vs Top Flight, Kip Sabian & Killswitch vs Jet Speed, and The Bang Bang Gang vs The Young Bucks set to determine the challengers.
With The Young Bucks already pinning the champions on the 10 September edition of Dynamite, their spot feels all but guaranteed — and it seems likely that JetSpeed and the team of Hechicero & Josh Alexander will also qualify.
Whoever makes it in, the four-way ladder match promises to be a spectacular affair and one that could be nearly impossible for the rest of the card to follow.

1. AEW World Trios Championships – The Opps (c) vs. The Death Riders
In a move foreshadowed for weeks on AEW programming, Daniel Garcia officially turned heel on 10 September by joining the Death Riders.
The turn came during the main event, where the Death Riders left AEW Trios Champions The Opps – Samoa Joe, “Powerhouse” Hobbs and Katsuyori Shibata – laid out.
This now looks set to set up a Trios Title clash between The Opps and the Death Riders team of Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta and their newest member, Garcia.
If that match happens, it feels highly likely we’ll see a title change, with the belts going back to the Death Riders.
