Heading into AEW Revolution 2026, it feels like several stars on the roster could be heading to a significant change in their persona.
Various babyfaces on the AEW roster are getting close to snapping and turning heel in an impactful way.
These character changes could take place in Los Angeles on the AEW Revolution 2026 stage where it will feel even more meaningful.
Here are seven potential heel turns at AEW Revolution 2026.
7. Roderick Strong

On the February 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, Roderick Strong walked out on Orange Cassidy during their tag team match against Daniel Garcia and Clark Connors.
This marked a declarative statement from Strong with his feelings or lack thereof for The Conglomeration being well known at this point in time.
While many fans probably view this as his heel turn, Strong could stay babyface for a little while longer until he decides to join forces with a well established heel group.
Despite Jon Moxley embracing more babyface tendencies as of late, Roderick Strong could officially join forces with The Death Riders based primarily on his wife Marina Shafir being part of the faction at AEW Revolution 2026.

6. Thunder Rosa

Following AEW All In: Texas 2025, Thunder Rosa announced that she was taking time off to recover from lingering injuries.
Rosa recently revealed that she was back on the road and preparing to step back into the squared circle after her long hiatus.
While Rosa has long been one of the most popular female stars on the AEW roster, she might be due for a change to her alignment.
Rosa returning to turn heel at AEW Revolution 2026 could see her kickstart a rivalry with a babyface like Willow Nightingale in an attempt to position herself as the top contender for the TBS Championship.

5. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen)

After over a year of absence from All Elite Wrestling, Private Party made their return to the company as the “Wild Card” team in the three-way AEW World Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Match on the February 11 episode of Dynamite.
While they came up short in this bout, Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen were interviewed by Renee Paquette in a social media exclusive where they made it clear that things were going to be different for them this time around.
Wanting to embrace a different side of their personalities, fans could be surprised to see a more aggressive and ruthless Private Party moving forward.
With The Young Bucks potentially challenging FTR for the AEW World Tag Team Titles, Private Party could choose AEW Revolution 2026 as the setting for a heel turn where they attack Matt and Nick Jackson to show this new side of themselves.

4. Swerve Strickland

Over the past few weeks, Swerve Strickland and Kenny Omega have not been seeing eye-to-eye with growing tension becoming more and more evident on AEW TV.
This led to a boiling point when the two former AEW World Champions went to blows on the February 11 episode of AEW Dynamite.
On the February 18 Dynamite, Swerve will face Omega for the first time in an AEW ring, which could lead to things heating up even further between the two.
While this scheduled bout could close the book on this feud, it feels more likely that Strickland and Omega could do battle again at AEW Revolution where Swerve might turn heel, choosing to use any means necessary to vanquish his new rival.

3. Kris Statlander

On the February 11 edition of AEW Dynamite, Thekla defeated Kris Statlander in a Strap Match to win the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Then at AEW Grand Slam Australia 2026, fans saw a pretaped vignette with comments from both women with Statlander clearly being emotional and upset with the way everything went down, including Sisters of Sin’s involvement in the result.
Following being cheated out of the gold, Statlander might come into AEW Revolution 2026 with a new focus, determination and intensity that could lead her down a darker path.
Embracing her “Cosmic Killer” side, Statlander could turn heel based on the frustration from losing the top prize in the AEW women’s division and choose Revolution 2026 as the site for her emphatic heel turn.

2. Brody King

At AEW Grand Slam Australia 2026, MJF defeated Brody King to retain the AEW World Championship.
After the match, a dejected King made it be known that he is looking to get himself back into title contention when he returns to AEW Dynamite on the February 25 episode.
While he could find himself back in line for another shot at the AEW World Title, Brody could go to even more drastic measures to prove his point.
Brody King turning on Bandido could be a shocking betrayal between these longtime friends and tag team partners that will be remembered for a long time at AEW Revolution 2026.

1. Hangman Adam Page

“Hangman” Adam Page remains one of AEW’s biggest and most beloved babyfaces on the entire roster today.
2025 saw Page redeem himself after going to the dark side during his rivalry with Swerve Strickland over the previous two years.
After regaining the love of the fans and the AEW World Title, Page has been more angry as of late after being screwed out of the gold and being passed over by MJF who won the championship at Worlds End 2025.
Now that “Hangman” is the number one contender coming out of Grand Slam Australia 2026, fans could see Page and MJF undergo a double turn where they change the alignment and the former AEW World Champion becomes heel once more.
