WWE is heading to Chicago, Illinois this Saturday for their Elimination Chamber 2026 premium live event.
The show will feature four announced matches and possibly some last minute additions that cause changes to the show.
From new bouts for the PLE to new adjustments to the lineup, these changes could be revealed on the February 23 Monday Night Raw or even the day before on the February 27 Friday Night SmackDown.
Here are six potential changes to WWE Elimination Chamber 2026.
6. Dominik Mysterio vs. Penta for the Intercontinental Championship added to the lineup

On the February 16 edition of WWE Raw, Penta defeated El Grande Americano to become the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship.
This will not be the first time that Penta has challenged for the title since arriving in WWE back in January 2025.
From WrestleMania 41 to more recently on the November 1 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Penta has been unable to capture the IC Title despite facing Dominik Mysterio several times.
In Chicago, Penta might have his final shot and best opportunity to dethrone “Dirty Dom” for the gold at WWE Elimination Chamber 2026.

5. Judgment Day banned from ringside for the CM Punk vs. Finn Balor World Heavyweight Championship match

At WWE Elimination Chamber 2026, CM Punk will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor.
In the leadup to this bout, Punk has repeatedly stated that Balor does not need The Judgment Day and feels the group is holding him back.
Meanwhile, the members of the faction have been expressing their frustration with Balor’s previous loss to Punk in his home country of Ireland on the January 19 Raw.
This could lead to Punk and Balor agreeing to a last minute stipulation that The Judgment Day will be banned from ringside at WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 and will not be allowed to get involved.

4. Bianca Belair returns for the Women’s Elimination Chamber

Recently, Bianca Belair revealed that she has once again undergone surgery on her broken knuckle injury.
This surgery could keep “The E.S.T. of WWE” from competing in the ring for a number of months to recover.
With WrestleMania 42 approaching, this could all be a red herring to keep fans off of the scent of a possible return for Belair.
The WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 PLE could see Belair making a surprise return and entering the Women’s Elimination Chamber to have the chance to challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42.

3. Drew McIntyre vs. Jacob Fatu for the Undisputed WWE Championship added to the card

On the February 13 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Cody Rhodes defeated Sami Zayn and Jacob Fatu to qualify for the Men’s Elimination Chamber.
This win came as a result of Drew McIntyre interfering in the match and laying out Fatu by powerbombing him through the commentary table.
Costing him this bout and the opportunity to challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42, Fatu has seemed incensed with McIntyre and wants to get his hands on “The Scottish Warrior.”
Fatu challenging McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship could be a huge addition to Elimination Chamber 2026 and make this premium live event even more must-see.

2. An appearance from Bad Bunny added to the show

Over the past few weeks, there have been various rumors and reports in regards to Bad Bunny potentially returning to WWE.
After being away from the company for the past few years, Bunny has become an even bigger megastar, coming off his Album of the Year win at the Grammy Awards.
Now with his recent Super Bowl XL Halftime Show performance, Bad Bunny would bring more of a spotlight to WWE with his presence alone.
Bunny returning in time for WrestleMania 42 would help with the recent issues regarding ticket sales for the event as well as for the Elimination Chamber 2026 event.

1. Brock Lesnar added to the Men’s Elimination Chamber

On the February 23 episode of Monday Night Raw, Brock Lesnar will make his return to WWE for the first time since Royal Rumble 2026.
With nothing out there in regards to plans for Lesnar, it could lead to a last minute addition with “The Beast Incarnate” for the WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 premium live event.
Lesnar coming back to be added to the Men’s Elimination Chamber could further position the bout as the headliner for this Saturday’s show.
Whether it be due to him inserting himself into the final Chamber qualifying match or entering as a surprise seventh participant in the bout, Lesnar could bolster this Men’s Chamber, having a chance to win and move on to headline WrestleMania 42.
