The next advertised WWE television appearance of CM Punk following his injury at the Royal Rumble has been announced.
CM Punk has not appeared on WWE television since the Raw episode following the Royal Rumble, where he announced his torn tricep injury suffered during the match.
Punk’s only other appearance came on the streamed WrestleMania 40 Kickoff event in Las Vegas, where he served as a member of the panel while Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns made their WrestleMania match official.
Punk’s injury is set to keep him out of the ring at WrestleMania, but he may be set to appear at the show in some capacity.
WWE has now added CM Punk to the advertising for the April 1 episode of Raw at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, which will serve as the final episode of the show before WrestleMania.
Punk is the featured superstar on the show’s advertising, and is listed among the featured superstars with Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Rhea Ripley, Jey Uso and Dominik Mysterio.
Punk’s injury caused a change to the planned World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania, with Seth Rollins now set to defend against Drew McIntyre.
