With WWE set to debut premium live events on ESPN on September 20 for Wrestlepalooza, there are already early match predictions.
From bouts that seem to be a long time in the making to others that were really heated up by the close of Clash in Paris, there are some intriguing match-ups already being teased for Wrestlepalooza.
Here’s our predicted card WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025.
8. Bron Breaker & Bronson Reed vs. The Usos
After Roman Reigns was stretchered away from ringside at WWE Clash in Paris 2025, it seems the Tribal Chief will be out of action for quite some time.
While Reigns is out due to “injury” – he is in actuality set to star as the villainous Akuma in the upcoming live-action Street Fighter movie – perhaps The Usos will look to avenge him against The Vision.
With Jimmy and Jey Uso recently reuniting in tag action along with Jacob Fatu at live events in the lead up to Clash in Paris, perhaps there could be more conflict on the horizon.
Potentially able to add Rollins to The Vision side and Jacob Fatu to The Usos, there could be a major clash at Wrestlepalooza.

7. Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton
After Drew McIntyre targeted WWE Champion Cody Rhodes for a vicious attack, Rhodes has yet to return to WWE TV.
In the interim, McIntyre has gotten some comeuppance for his dastardly deed, instead being attacked himself by Randy Orton.
Potentially laying the foundation for a three-way match at Wrestlepalooza for the WWE Championship, there will end up being an even bigger story coming out of the ESPN debut.
Since Orton has made it clear in the past that he was planning on chasing the WWE Championship – whether or not Rhodes was the champ – fans get a sneak peek of a potential singles feud between the pair.

6. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar
While John Cena is confirmed to be appearing at WWE Wrestlepalooza, his opponent is not yet confirmed.
Although he was recently attacked by Brock Lesnar to close SummerSlam 2025, Lesnar disappeared again.
Cena would end up beat Logan Paul in a hard fought battle at Clash in Paris, but the threat of Brock Lesnar still looms, and Lesnar is advertised for September 12 and 19 episodes of SmackDown before Wrestlepalooza on September 20.
Likely to capitalize on mainstream name recognition, John Cena taking on Brock Lesnar for the first and only time on ESPN does have understandable appeal.

5. Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch vs. CM Punk & AJ Lee
Able to capture big media attention for the first PLE on ESPN, there could be a major card for WWE to play – the in-ring return of CM Punk’s real-life wife and fan favorite former WWE star AJ Lee.
After Becky Lynch interfered in the Clash in Paris 2025 main event in order to cost Punk the title and secure her husband Seth Rollins’ victory, a new element has been added to Rollins’ group.
Whether or not Becky ended up just helping out in a pinch – since both Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed were barred from ringside and Paul Heyman sent to the hospital – or a full member of The Vision remains as to be determined.
Regardless, there were clear hints on the post-show of a potential upcoming mixed tag team match, with AJ Lee even being mentioned by name.

4. Becky Lynch vs. Bayley
In the event there isn’t a mixed tag showdown planned for WWE Wrestlepalooza, there is still something for Becky Lynch to do on the card.
After she successfully retained the Intercontinental Championship at Clash in Paris in a bout against Nikki Bella, Lynch could have an unknown foe lurking for Wrestlepalooza.
With Bayley having starred in new vignettes as of late on WWE Raw teasing a character change, it could be that a brand new iteration of Bayley will emerge to challenge Becky.
Since an AJ Lee return may not be on the cards, there could always be a new ‘Straight Edge Bayley’ joining forces with CM Punk in the near future, as it’s already well-known that they’re good friends.

3. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Bianca Belair
After earning a title shot by winning the battle royal at WWE Evolution 2025, Stephanie Vaquer was set to face Naomi at Clash in Paris.
While the match would end up being canceled when Naomi revealed she was pregnant and vacated the championship, Vaquer still has a title shot secured. However, it isn’t known who her opponent will be.
Potentially paving the way for the return from Bianca Belair, it could end up being a battle between Vaquer and Belair.
If Belair is poised to return soon after being out due to injury since WrestleMania, having a big comeback match on ESPN would make total sense.

2. Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss vs. Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane & Asuka) vs. IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley
All good things must come to an end and it could be the title reign of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
After their unlikely alliance led to the pair capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, they have continued to build momentum as a team with fans supporting their partnership on SmackDown.
Elsewhere on WWE Raw, however, IYO SKY finds herself somewhat stuck between Rhea Ripley and the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) as of late.
With a title change at Wrestlepalooza possibly kicking off a bigger feud back on Raw over the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, there could be a title change at the event.

1. The New Day vs. Penta & Rey Fenix
While The New Day continues to mourn the loss of their World Tag Team Championship, they have also continued to feud with Penta, which could lead to an interesting match for Wrestlepalooza.
Potentially bringing together Penta & Rey Fenix for the first time in WWE for the big ESPN debut, this match could also be turned into a six-man tag.
With The New Day able to bring along their newest pal Grayson Waller, it seems that Fenix could bring forward one recent alliance from SmackDown.
Giving room for El Hijo del Vikingo or Andrade to also potentially make an appearance by joining team Lucha Brothers, there could be a fun showcase at Wrestlepalooza as to modern tag team action in WWE.
