WWE WrestleMania 41 takes place this weekend, with several intriguing championship matches set to take place.
In a weekend that could play host to multiple title changes, it could be a pivotal couple of nights for the landscape of WWE.
Here are eight title changes that could take place at WrestleMania.
8. Jey Uso Defeats GUNTHER – World Heavyweight Championship

After Jey Uso won the 2025 Royal Rumble, he chose to target GUNTHER for his WrestleMania 41 match.
In the build to their WrestleMania 41 match, GUNTHER would wage a vicious assault on Jey’s twin brother, Jimmy Uso.
Delivering a passionate promo on the following WWE Raw, Jey Uso vowed to unleash a new level of violence on GUNTHER.
Not only was he fighting for the title – he was also now looking for revenge. With an added layer of complexity, the wildly popular star seems even more likely to capture his first world championship in WWE.

7. Charlotte Flair Defeats Tiffany Stratton – WWE Women’s Championship

After returning from an extended absence due to injury, Charlotte Flair made her return to WWE and would win the 2025 Royal Rumble in her first outing since December 2023.
While she was potentially meant to be greeted by a warmer fan response, Charlotte Flair has come across in this feud as the heel.
With the women trading on-screen verbal jabs that were reportedly off-script, the feud would continue to heat up between the pair, while the crowd stayed behind Tiffany Stratton and largely booed Flair.
Merely a complication in future programming, the crowd’s emotional response to Flair – both positive and negative – would suggest she is still set to capture gold.

6. Jacob Fatu Defeats LA Knight – United States Championship

After reclaiming the United States Championship from Shinsuke Nakamura in early March 2025, LA Knight would go on to have an interesting reign.
Feuding with Braun Strowman for a short time, their title match would end in a no contest after an interference from Jacob Fatu. Fatu would later go on to beat Strowman once and for all to set up a match against Knight for the title at WrestleMania 41 official.
Since both LA Knight and Jacob Fatu are very popular with WWE fans, the match could really go either way but it seems that Fatu is poised to win his first title in the company.
Perhaps setting up a future feud with Solo Sikoa – or any other member of The Bloodline – over the title, the United States Championship has a lot of compelling directions to travel in the hands of Jacob Fatu.

5. The New Day Defeats The War Raiders – World Tag Team Championship

While these two teams have tangled many times already in the past, they have decidedly flipped in the eyes of the fans.
With the War Raiders now being cheered by crowds whilst the New Day is thunderously booed, it will be a really interesting moment in the history between the two teams.
The New Day is known for big moments on the grandest stage of them all and this year’s WrestleMania seems poised to be no exception.
Whether or not there are any shenanigans involved, it seems likely that The New Day will leave with the World Tag Team Championship.

4. Undisputed WWE Championship – John Cena Defeats Cody Rhodes

In the main event of WrestleMania Sunday, Cody Rhodes looks to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against John Cena.
Cena for his part is on a quest to obtain his record-breaking 17th world title victory to culminate his final WrestleMania as an in-ring performer – building to a compelling showdown.
While the result is far from a lock, it would make narrative sense to have the evil Cena best Rhodes at Mania, only to go on to become a dastardly crucible for others, with Rhodes’ triumphant return and win coming later in the Summer.
But since there is always an element of surprise in WWE, this match could definitely go either way.

3. Bianca Belair – Women’s World Championship

After winning the women’s Elimination Chamber in order to call her shot at WrestleMania 41, Bianca Belair has been upstaged a bit on her road to WrestleMania.
With Rhea Ripley managing to find a way back into the bout after having lost the WWE Women’s World Championship to IYO SKY on an episode of Raw, now the match is a triple threat.
While Belair has faced adversity in her recent storyline, she has also teased a potentially darker attitude which was directly addressed in a recent vignette.
Perhaps finally having enough of being pushed aside, Bianca Belair could be the next major WWE star to turn heel – and win gold.

2. Dominik Mysterio – Intercontinental Championship

While a few different feud options were seemingly bantered about on-screen surrounding the Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania 41, in the end the match became a big one.
Poised to host the first ever fatal four-way for the Intercontinental Championship in the history of WrestleMania, it will be a tall order for someone to leave Las Vegas with the title.
Current champion Bron Breakker is tasked with needing to get the better of Penta, Finn Balor and ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio if he hopes retain.
With simmering tensions within Judgment Day seemingly set to boil over at Mania, this title match may end up coming down to some surprise shenanigans that lead to a massive victory from everyone’s favorite dirtbag – Dirty Dom.

1. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria defeat Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

After becoming the first-ever three-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have been scrapping with a lot of different women but found themselves without a clear opponent for WrestleMania 41.
However as the road to WrestleMania fast approached the event, there would end up being a women’s tag team match for Mania after all.
After defeating several other teams in a gauntlet match to earn the right to challenge Morgan and Rodriguez for the titles at WrestleMania 41, the newly aligned pair of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria may pick up a victory in Las Vegas.
With a stipulation on an upcoming match at NXT Stand and Deliver poised to determine the next duo to get a shot at the women’s tag team titles, Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade winning that match would lead to a natural follow-up on the brewing feud between Perez and Bayley.
