While Stephanie Vaquer is the latest WWE NXT women’s division star to be called up to the main roster, the bench remains deep with top talent.
From names that have been well established before arriving in WWE, to homegrown talent that continues to take over the division – there are plenty of women lined up to take the place of Stephanie Vaquer now that the La Primera has departed NXT for WWE Raw.
Here are eight potential replacements for Stephanie Vaquer in WWE NXT.
8. Lola Vice

A WWE NXT star who has proven their ability to make an impact on the division already is Lola Vice.
Having competed in some iconic matches since debuting in 2022 – Vice recently added another accolade as she was able to best Chik Tormenta and Dayls.
Having competed alongside Stephanie Vaquer at the AAA & NXT crossover event Worlds Collide, Vice has experience with representing WWE on a whole new stage.
With an MMA background as well as a compelling backstory as the first ever Cuban WWE star, there is certainly still a lot more to come from Lola Vice, specifically on NXT.

7. Mariah May

While there may have been several big departures from the NXT Women’s division as of late – there was also one major addition.
Former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May has made her hotly anticipated debut in NXT.
Regardless of what WWE decides to change her name to – Mariah May is poised to completely change the game in the NXT women’s division.
Definitely bringing veteran presence and in-ring abilities similarly to Stephanie Vaquer, it is set to be a special Summer in NXT.

6. Kylie Rae

While Kylie Rae is certainly not new to pro wrestling – having already competed worldwide including AEW, TNA and NWA – she is new to the WWE system and could be poised to make a big debut on NXT.
Having already unsuccessfully attempted to become inaugural WWE Evolve Women’s Champion, Rae has already impressed during her time as an ID recruit.
Seemingly poised to take the next step in the near future, it wouldn’t be shocking at all to see Kylie Rae not just join NXT but make an impact by doing so.
Able to bring her veteran skills as well as unique character persona to her in-ring action – Kylie Rae would make a great addition to the women’s division and potentially serve as the next face of the brand.

5. Jordynne Grace

When discussing experience, in-ring ability and charisma – obviously Jordynne Grace is a standout among the NXT women’s division.
Having signed with NXT during an exciting time in the brand, Grace has not quite received the push many fans may have anticipated when she debuted.
However with Evolution 2 on the horizon, Jordynne Grace would serve as the perfect leader for the NXT women’s division for any potential inter-brand rivalries.
Easily able to hold her own with any women from the main roster – as evidenced by her performances in the past two Royal Rumble matches- Grace is a star to watch and perhaps the best choice to take up the mantle as NXT’s next top star in Vaquer’s absence.

4. Karmen Petrovic

Demonstrating her combat skills both on WWE NXT, as well as outside the company at GCW’s Bloodsport events – Karmen Petrovic brings a unique character to TV.
With a level of legitimacy that few can match on the roster – Karmen Petrovic could be poised to be a big force in the NXT women’s division following Vaquer’s exit.
After languishing a bit in a romance storyline with Ashante thee Adonis, hopefully Petrovic is able to get back to business and compete for either the NXT Women’s North American Championship or even NXT women’s Championship.
Easily able to establish herself as a bigger babyface (or possibly even turn heel) – Karmen Petrovic seems ready for a big storyline.

3. Zayda Steel

A standout from the WWE ID program, Zayda Steel could be the next star to breakout in NXT if she inks a full-time contract with the company.
While Stephanie Vaquer had already travelled the world ahead of signing with WWE, so has Steel – spending the Summer of 2024 in Japan with Marigold.
Steel is not only charismatic – she also comes with pals as the singular female member of the stable Vanity Project, who have recently featured on NXT TV.
Able to bring both experience as well as youthful ambition, the 21-year old star could be poised to be a major name in WWE for years to come.

2. Kelani Jordan

Another star to potentially step up in the absence of Stephanie Vaquer is former Women’s North American Champion, Kelani Jordan.
After becoming the inaugural winner of the title in June 2024 – she later lost it four months later to Fallon Henley, and has since failed to reclaim championship gold in NXT.
While her character has seen a notable shift to a darker tone – her grittier new edge can be easily explained as a symptom of unbridled ambition if she were to return to a babyface.
Able to anchor the NXT women’s division – it could be a good balance to see one of the ‘homegrown’ NXT talents get a big push similarly to Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia and presumably soon, Mariah May.

1. Jaida Parker

Another homegrown NXT star and standout from the NIL program is Jaida Parker.
Leaving behind soccer in favor of major feuds with the likes of Lola Vice and Michin in the past year, Parker is quickly becoming a top name in NXT.
A fan favorite who has drawn attention due to her potential – Miss Parker is set to do big things in the near future.
Parker continues to chase championship gold in NXT, she could definitely find herself holding the NXT Women’s Championship or the Women’s North American Championship – possibly both, like Vaquer.
