With WWE Raw airing an intriguing vignette from Bayley, fans have already begun to speculate that perhaps the star is turning heel.
If Bayley is to turn heel, she would make the perfect leader to assemble a squad of powerful heels to run the WWE women’s division.
Here are six WWE stars that could join a new heel Bayley faction.
6. Raquel Rodriguez
Raquel Rodriguez may have some good reason to feel disappointed as of late and looking for a fresh start.
Potentially frustrated by her loss of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in her original partner Liv Morgan’s absence, maybe she would consider joining Bayley in the interim.
Leading to further conflict when Morgan does return (as either a heel or more likely, a babyface), Rodriguez could get a chance to continue to shine within a group.
Potentially being able to be recruited away from Judgment Day by Bayley, her departure could be just the first in the group’s eventual demise.

5. Roxanne Perez
Bayley could elect to pick up another member of the Judgment Day entirely if she were to recruit Roxanne Perez.
With Perez and Bayley already having tangled in WWE NXT, it could make sense for Bayley’s new heel persona to turn to a former foe for an ally.
Potentially taking Perez under her wing on-screen, there could be some interesting future dynamics both from the potential of Perez turning babyface but also – looking to overthrow Bayley as the leader.
Bringing together Roxanne and Bayley seems like one of the most obvious choices – we’ll see if the duo end up united on-screen one day.

4. Asuka
Perhaps the latest in Bayley’s on-again and off-again friendships is that of her dynamic with Asuka.
After Asuka joined Damage CTRL and seemingly turned the group against Bayley to some degree, it would make sense for Bayley to have distrust in the Empress of Tomorrow.
However with a recent heel turn seemingly incoming for Asuka and Bayley on WWE Raw – perhaps the pair will link up once again as heels.
Creating a force if they were truly on the same page, the duo of Asuka and Bayley could have a lot of potential feuds with other former allies IYO SKY and Kairi Sane for an unexpected shake-up.

3. Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne
Currently holding both the NXT Championship and the TNA Knockouts Championship, Jacy Jayne’s current dominance is hard to question.
Potentially poised to be called up to the main roster, her NXT stablemate Fallon Henley seems like another logical choice to join forces with Bayley.
With both of their characters being well defined on their own as well as within their current Fatal Influence faction, it could be either star who was offered a spot in the group.
The third member of Fatal Influence Jazmyn Nyx could always stay behind in WWE NXT to graduate to the leader of the group, ushering in a new era of Influence with two fresh faces joining the group.

2. Lola Vice
A star that is continuing to rise in WWE is the first Cuban-American signee, Lola Vice.
It has been recently revealed that Lola Vice has re-signed with WWE, suggesting that perhaps a main roster call-up is coming in the near future.
While she has been a babyface as of late in NXT, her MMA background and sassy style on the microphone could lend to her joining the heel stable.
Joining forces with the veteran Bayley could be an amazing way to debut on the main roster before eventually parting ways.

1. Jaida Parker
Another standout star from WWE NXT seemingly poised to be called up to the main roster is Jaida Parker.
Even though she has failed to capture gold yet in NXT, perhaps Jaida Parker will see her first title victory on Raw or SmackDown.
Parker could fit right in with Bayley as her character is already technically a heel – but her connection with audiences still makes fans cheer.
Able to work as in singles or tag team matches, Parker would be a solid pick-up for Bayley if she were looking to recruit from NXT.
