After Bayley made her return on WWE Raw to confront Becky Lynch – the feud between the two powerhouses seems to be on.
Accordingly, Bayley may be well-suited to assemble her own faction to ward off The Man as the fight heats up heading into the summer months.
Here are eight WWE stars who could join a new faction led by Bayley.
8. Lyra Valkyria
If Bayley is looking to assemble a squad – it would make complete sense for her to seek out talented stars with similar motivations.
Lyra Valkyria could be an obvious choice to join Bayley due to her shared history with Becky Lynch.
After Lynch turned on Valkyria, she would go on to beat her for the women’s Intercontinental Championship – but their feud seems far from over.
With Bayley having returned to challenge Becky over his WrestleMania 41 assault – it seems like it may just be a matter of time until Valkyria joins up with Bayley in effort to take down The Man.
7. Jordynne Grace
Since joining WWE, Jordynne Grace has made a big impact in NXT.
However, with the WWE Draft 2025 seemingly on the horizon – now would be the perfect time for the former TNA Knockouts Champion to be called up to the main roster.
Able to easily fit into a new faction of powerhouse stars, Grace would be a great addition to the group.
The Juggernaut could provide the muscle and the tenacity to a Bayley led squad that the group could rely on in even the toughest of battles.

6. Dungeon Dolls (Natalya & Maxxine Dupri)
Every good faction needs a great tag team – and Bayley would be wise to recruit this new duo.
While Natalya has been a staple in the WWE women’s division for well over a decade, she has recently officially taken up a new tag team partner.
Joining forces with Maxxine Dupri, the pair are just as stylish as they are vicious – something that Bayley’s faction would need.
If Bayley were to assemble an all-star group to combat the evil Becky Lynch – the Dungeon Dolls would be a great addition.

5. Michin
Another veteran star that could use an opportunity to shine is Michin.
Joining forces with Bayley may be the ideal spot for Michin, recapturing some of the excitement of Bayley’s previous faction – Damage CTRL.
With the ability to show established stars in a new way, creating Bayley’s faction around new opportunities for familiar faces could be ideal for everyone involved.
Being an immediate potential tag team partner for Bayley in any battle that Becky Lynch could throw her way, Michin would make the perfect squad member.

If Bayley were looking to recruit from NXT, there are several intriguing choices – including Jaida Parker.
With Miss Parker having not yet captured singles gold in NXT may suggest that there are still things for her to do on the brand – there is also no reason why she couldn’t be called up to the main roster.
Able to become established on the main roster as a member of Bayley’s group, the former collegiate athlete brings power and presence.

3. Wren Sinclair
Bringing youthful exuberance to a veteran group of WWE stars , Wren Sinclair would be the perfect addition to Bayley’s group.
With the No Quarter Catch Crew seemingly on the brink of disbanding – Myles Borne already having won the right to leave the group – maybe Wren Sinclair is close to leaving the NXT nest as well.
Since she has largely been a part of the NQCC group in lieu of chasing singles titles in NXT, it might be easy to forget that the star already comes with an independent wrestling background.
Easily able to adapt to whatever character would be necessary in Bayley’s group – Sinclair has both the in-ring and on-screen abilities to make it work.

2. Karmen Petrovic
Another NXT star that is seemingly on the verge of breaking out is Karmen Petrovic.
Petrovic is able to bring together her real life martial arts background to her on-screen character to make her an even more legitimate threat.
Already having previously teamed with Natalya in NXT, Karmen has demonstrated that she can keep up with veterans while bringing her own unique moves to matches.
Able to demonstrate a degree of positive transformation under the tutelage of the veteran Bayley, Petrovic could become an even bigger fan favorite on the main roster than she already is in NXT.

Bayley may be looking to add another veteran to her squad – particularly in an effort to be a viable threat to The Man, Becky Lynch.
Given the old adage – the enemy of my enemy is my friend – Nia Jax may be the perfect ally for Bayley.
While Bayley and Nia Jax have their own complicated history – Jax certainly has an eternal disdain for Becky Lynch.
Still positioned as a dominant force in the women’s division, Nia Jax could provide the toughness that the group could lack without an obvious heavy hitter in the faction.
