Whether it be The Ringmaster to Stone Cold Steve Austin, Rocky Maivia to The Rock or Isaac Yankem to Kane, some of WWE’s biggest stars have reached the top of the mountain after being completely repackaged creatively.
When looking at the current WWE roster there are many names who could receive similar revamps to their characters, due to either being lost in the shuffle or for specific storyline purposes.
Here are five WWE stars to potentially get repackaged soon.
5. Apollo Crews

10 year WWE veteran Apollo Crews has yet to compete on television in 2025, with the former United States and Intercontinental Champion suffering a torn pectoral injury in January.
As gifted as he is in the ring, Crews is someone that WWE have struggled to present in an interesting fashion, with little true character being given to him, aside from his Nigerian royalty gimmick in 2021.
Whether it be returning as a heel, or as a babyface with an all new character, WWE really should give Crews something different when he’s fit to make his return to TV.
Recently returning to in-ring training, we shouldn’t have to wait too long to see him back in action.

4. Bayley

One WWE star that is seemingly already set for a repackaging is Bayley.
With recent vignettes showing Bayley demonstrating going through some internal struggles, it seems likely that there will be a new iteration of “The Role Model” debuting in the near future.
Whether or not Bayley ends up presenting as more diabollical than ever before remains to be seen – but she certainly doesn’t seem to be cheerful in the vignettes.
Perhaps looking to replace the ‘unhinged veteran’ character gap left behind by the departed Naomi, a frightening and dark version of Bayley could be a great next step in her career.

3. Damian Priest

Despite featuring regularly on TV throughout 2025 via feuds with Drew McIntyre and Aleister Black, Damian Priest could use a character refresh.
Previously transitioning from a more spooky-themed character during his time in Judgment Day with Edge – Priest would go on to rebrand himself as a more true to life version of himself that saw the 42-year-old eventually become World Heavyweight Champion.
Being both cool and tough, Priest had storylines where he was proud of his Puerto Rican roots – such as taking on Bad Bunny at Backlash 2023, and ended up becoming a fan favorite because of it.
Since Priest has floundered a bit on SmackDown, it could be a good time for him to get back to his roots and recapture some of his more anti-authority, by any means necessary attitude even if still functioning as a babyface. Or, alternatively he could return to his heel ways, only this time on his own and not as a part of The Judgment Day.

2. Natalya

Understandably, Natalya has noted that if the Nattie Neidhart character was going to be brought to the main roster in WWE – there would need to be a solid plan in place.
With the veteran having done the heavy lifting of the reinvention on the indies, her “Lowkey Legend” iteration may actually be best served to remain mysterious and separate from her on-screen presentation in day-to-day WWE.
However, the schism should be noted more frequently – with Natalya able to demonstrate that while she continues to paint on the veneer of the Natalya character – something more wicked lurks underneath.
Building more slowly over time to become Nattie on WWE TV versus just debuting one day with new gear and a vicious attitude – the transition from Natalya to Nattie could be one of the most emotionally evocative stories in WWE if written well.

1. Liv Morgan

With The Judgment Day potentially looking a lot different by the time she returns, it could be that a new iteration of Liv Morgan reveals herself soon.
With the former WWE Women’s World Champion being out of action since June 2025 due to a shoulder injury – her character was seemingly replaced in The Judgment Day by Roxanne Perez.
Perez would end up taking Morgan’s place as one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Raquel Rodriguez, as well as making eyes at “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio all in Morgan’s absence.
Likely returning as a babyface, it would make complete sense for Morgan to be reinvented as her own standalone character after ditching Dirty Dom.
