WWE star Rhea Ripley is a fan favorite who current is running without any backup – making it a prime time to start a faction.
From NXT stars that could gain a big opportunity through the move to others who could use aligning with Ripley to re-invent themselves, there are some intriguing choices.
Here are five WWE stars that could join a new faction headed up by Rhea Ripley.
5. Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley
With both Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley coming into their own and really blossoming as characters in the past year, it would make sense to see them called up to the main roster sooner rather than later.
Why snag only one recruit from NXT’s faction The Culling when Rhea Ripley could just take both Paxley and Dame under her wing?
While the duo are currently paired with Shawn Spears and Niko Vance on NXT, it could easily make sense in storyline that the pair would be picked up by Ripley.
Potentially building in some sort of future favor for Spears, Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley would have immediate purpose on the main roster.

4. Kiana James
Kiana James was called up to the main roster in the WWE Draft 2024 but unfortunately sustained an injury after several months.
Now reportedly preparing to return to in-ring action after having been out with injury for over a year, James has the perfect opportunity to re-introduce herself to WWE fans.
Perhaps looking to re-brand or rather stick to her former character but just with a new alliance, joining forces with Rhea Ripley would be an incredible move for the character.
James could serve as a bit of the voice of reason for the otherwise prone to be hot headed squad, whichever stars Ripley brought on board.

3. Michin
Michin remains arguably undervalued for her contributions since returning to WWE in 2022 – but she has had some great matches.
Feuding with both Chelsea Green on the main roster and Jaida Parker on NXT, Michin demonstrated that she may be WWE’s current queen of the street fight.
However another star in contention for the title is Rhea Ripley – who may want to recruit Michin as she would be a far better ally than enemy.
If Ripley was looking to establish a group of hardcore women on the main roster – Michin would be the perfect fit.

2. Stephanie Vaquer
Joining together with the newest exciting talent to bring her assets to the main roster, it may be a wise plan for Rhea Ripley to recruit Stephanie Vaquer.
Coming to NXT with previous experience winning titles across the world, Vaquer has more than lived up to the hype since signing with WWE.
With Vaquer already having captured the NXT Championship and NXT North American Championship during her time in NXT, she is likely to be a big star on the main roster as well.
Hooking her up with a Rhea Ripley led faction could be an even bigger boost to her already fan favorite status with the crowd.

1. Damian Priest
Just because everyone else in the faction is female doesn’t mean they couldn’t have a male member.
Flipping the script on the typical faction of all men with one woman, it would be incredible to see a Rhea Ripley led faction full of women and Damian Priest.
Having a male on hand for interactions with other mixed gender factions would definitely be a benefit but furthermore – Priest being an occasional comedic foil to tensions between the women in the group would be really fun.
Having a longstanding friendship with Ripley, it would be legendary to see the “Terror Twins” reunite in a whole new group.
