While Bayley is set to return to WWE Raw on September 8, it seems as though she could be on the verge of a big character change.
With WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce describing his interaction with her as “weird”, one could assume that perhaps the Bayley will have a brand new character upon her return to WWE.
Here are eight WWE stars that could join a new Bayley heel faction.
8. Asuka
While the pair of Bayley and Asuka certainly have a shared history that hasn’t been the best – they may share a current vision for WWE Raw.
After Asuka joined Damage CTRL and seemingly turned the group against Bayley to some degree, it would make sense for Bayley to have distrust in the Empress of Tomorrow.
But since it seems like there is a heel turn incoming for Asuka and Bayley on WWE Raw – perhaps the pair will link up once again as heels.
Creating a force if they were truly on the same page, the duo of Asuka and Bayley could have a lot of potential feuds with other former allies IYO SKY and Kairi Sane for an unexpected shake-up.

7. Roxanne Perez
While Roxanne Perez remains a member of Judgment Day – she could possibly be recruited away from the squad for the right set of self-serving circumstances.
With Perez and Bayley already having tangled in WWE NXT, it could make sense for Bayley as a heel persona to turn to a former foe for friendship.
Potentially taking Perez under her wing on-screen, there could be some interesting future dynamics if Perez was looking to overthrow Bayley as the group leader.
Or potentially finding a redemption arc through being bullied by Bayley, the spell in the faction could prove to be the tipping point for Perez to turn babyface.

6. Stephanie Vaquer
Stephanie Vaquer has already made a big impact during her relatively short time thus far in WWE.
While Vaquer has been a babyface thus far in her run in WWE – there certainly could be a bond with Bayley that could tip Vaquer into dabbling in the dark side.
Potentially becoming an even bigger star through finding herself rejecting the most dastardly antics of Bayley and company and parting ways later – Stephanie Vaquer could end up benefiting from the heelish move.
Leading to a potential future feud with Bayley – the pair would be an iconic pairing while they lasted.

5. Jacy Jayne
Jacy Jayne has had an impressive recent run in NXT including holding both the NXT Women’s Championship and for a time also the TNA Knockouts World title.
While she has certainly accomplished a lot in her tenure in NXT, it could be time for Jacy Jayne to bring her evil ways to the main roster.
Potentially bringing Fatal Influence stablemate Fallon Henley along with her for the call-up to Bayley’s faction – their departure wouldn’t have to spell the end of the group in NXT.
Instead, Jazmyn Nyx could stick around and become the leader of the group and choosing her own recruits to join the baddest bunch in NXT.

4. Michin
One star that has a ton left to give on-screen is Michin – making her the perfect candidate to join Bayley’s faction.
With the ability to tell compelling stories in backstage segments as well as through her in-ring work, the industry veteran has demonstrated another skill that could be valuable to Bayley.
Showing off her unrivaled penchant for violence, Michin has become acclaimed for picking up street fight wins.
Able to join forces with Bayley in tag team action or serve as a mentor in brutality to the others in the group – Michin would be a great snag.

3. Zelina Vega
Zelina Vega could hop brands to WWE Raw for the right opportunity – like joining forces with Bayley.
Being largely without a storyline on SmackDown since her attempt to win back the United States Championship from Giulia – there could be heel turn in her future.
With Vega being able to convincingly turn heel and seek to destroy anyone standing in her path to obtaining a title again – she could add a ferocity to Bayley’s group that would be unmatched.
Able to channel frustrations in a similar manner to Bayley – perhaps the pair will be able to unite in their mutual goal of claiming a top spot in the division – by any means necessary.

2. Raquel Rodriguez
Raquel Rodriguez may be looking for a fresh start in lieu of being the muscle to Roxanne Perez.
Potentially frustrated by her loss of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in her original partner Liv Morgan’s absence, Rodriguez could end up joining Bayley in the interim.
Leading to further conflict when Morgan does return (as either a heel or more likely, a babyface), Rodriguez could find herself with an entirely new crew by the time Liv reappears.
With the Judgment Day always seemingly teetering on the edge of collapse – perhaps Raquel departing would lead to a domino effect on the rest of the group.

1. Jaida Parker
A massive force in NXT, Jaida Parker could bring her intensity and tenacity to Bayley’s heel faction.
Although she has failed to capture a title yet in NXT, Jaida Parker could certainly find herself called up to the main roster.
Already making impressive showings in the Royal Rumble 2025 and the Evolution battle royal – Parker has established herself as a star on the rise.
Able to work as in singles or tag team matches, Parker would be a solid pick-up for Bayley’s squad.
