While Roman Reigns has ruled over The Bloodline faction for years, WWE may be looking for his replacement to begin a new chapter in the long-running angle.

Finding another member of the roster who could believably take over leadership of The Bloodline storyline is not an easy task – but it could be done, with several viable candidates available.

Here are six possible replacements in WWE for Roman Reigns.

6. Jey Uso

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso

After winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41, Jey Uso is even more popular than ever.

While they seemingly buried the ill will between them to team together at Survivor Series: WarGames, it hasn’t yet been revealed what Roman’s reaction to Jey is now.

Now that Reigns has no titles in WWE and Jey holds the World title, there could be a very interesting story to be told between this duo.

Uso has definitely captured the fans’ attention and support but it stands to reason he could also take over the Bloodline as well.

5. Jacob Fatu

WWE United States Champion Jacob Fatu

The brand new WWE United States Champion Jacob Fatu has quickly become a fan favorite in WWE.

With Fatu’s origin story in WWE being that Reigns and Paul Heyman actively prevented Jacob from joining the company – there could be a future showdown between Fatu and Reigns.

While a more likely path seems that Fatu would first have a feud with Solo Sikoa – if he were to best Sikoa, it would make sense for his next challenge to be Roman Reigns.

The Bloodline continues to see different eras and by all indications it certainly seems as though we’re close to the Jacob Fatu led Bloodline 3.0.

4. Solo Sikoa

While Solo Sikoa wasn’t necessarily able to topple Roman Reigns as the OTC in his first attempted coup – it doesn’t mean he won’t try again.

Now the openly heelish Sikoa displays a new level of delusion within his character that wasn’t always present in the past.

Since his character continues to center himself, he will definitely want to be on a quest for power again.

With enough members of the real life Bloodline who haven’t debuted in WWE yet – Solo Sikoa could always pop up with an entire new squad.

3. Hikuleo

Another oft-forgotten WWE signee from the Bloodline dynasty is Hikuleo – son of Haku.

It was confirmed in July 2024 that former NJPW Strong Tag Team Champion had signed with WWE but he has yet to debut.

Being billed at being 6’8″ and over 260 pounds, Hikuleo could make an ideal addition to the Bloodline – and one that could conceivably look to overthrow the Tribal Chief in the future.

Definitely worth checking out, Hikuleo’s performance in the NJPW G1 Climax 33 where he had compelling bouts against the likes of Shota Umino, SANADA and Tetsuya Naito or his ‘Loser Leaves Japan’ match against Jay White.

2. Journey Fatu

The younger brother of Jacob Fatu hasn’t even been seen by most WWE audiences – but there is in fact another dominating star on the rise from the real-life Bloodline.

After Zilla Fatu successfully defended his 4th Rope Heavyweight Title at 4th Rope/GCW Heels Have Eyes: For The Culture 2025 on April 18 – he suffered a betrayal by Journey Fatu.

Journey attacked Zilla, setting up a Bloodline vs. Bloodline battle in independent wrestling that has captured attention of WWE fans.

Another freelance star, Journey could easily join his real-life brother Jacob in the next iteration of the Bloodline in WWE.

1. The Rock

The Rock on WWE SmackDown

The Final Boss is certainly the most viable threat to taking on Roman Reigns one-on-one and defeating the OTC.

In a match that some fans are still looking forward to after it didn’t come to fruition for WrestleMania 40, The Rock and Roman Reigns is still a massive showdown that could happen.

If the Final Boss were to overthrow Roman Reigns, it could be even more intriguing to see what set of Bloodline members he trusts to install into the faction.

A showdown between The Rock and Roman Reigns will hopefully still happen at some point and the results could definitely change create major change in WWE.
