WWE Replacement For Adam Pearce

WWE has confirmed that for an upcoming episode of Raw on Netflix, Adam Pearce will be absent and will need a replacement.

From the most obvious of choices to some others that could be perfectly executed in order to set up storylines – there are several intriguing choices for who could ultimately fill in for Pearce at some point in the future.

Here are six possible replacements for WWE Raw GM, Adam Pearce.

6. Nick Aldis

At any point there needs to be a replacement for Adam Pearce, there is already a built in substitute!

The most logical answer is likely the best fit – it has already been confirmed that Nick Aldis will be filling in for Adam Pearce on the June 16 edition of WWE Raw.

While Nick Aldis has subbed in for Adam Pearce in the past, it has been historically enjoyable to see the SmackDown GM get faced with all of the chaos that WWE Raw continually brings to Pearce.

With the fill-in role coming perfectly timed ahead of the upcoming WWE Draft 2025 – it will remain to be seen if Aldis will be shown on-screen scouting any potential draftees.

5. Trish Stratus

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus

Since Aldis will have already been at the helm as GM on WWE Raw – there could always be a special guest GM for SmackDown that week.

It has been reported by WrestleVotes that Trish Stratus could be slated for this week’s WWE SmackDown on June 20 – perhaps she could arrive to fill in for Aldis.

Most recently seen in WWE in a tag team with Tiffany Stratton, perhaps Stratus will be able to lend a helping hand to the WWE Women’s Champion.

With Evolution 2 fast approaching on July 13, it would make complete sense to see Trish Stratus make a WWE return in advance of the landmark event.

4. Paige

While Saraya recently announced her departure from AEW, she has plenty of projects going at once. Between hosting a new podcast and promoting her new memoir – perhaps she could make a bit of time for a WWE return.

Having been a GM in the past on-screen, re-introducing her Paige character in a guest star role could be perfectly timed.

Whether or not Paige will make a return in time for WWE Evolution 2 on July 13 – it remains to be seen but certainly it would be legendary to see her included in the event.

Perhaps making an easy segue into a variety of storylines, GM Paige could make a return to WWE Raw and cause a little trouble.

3. William Regal

WWE's William Regal

One name who has already functioned as a GM and commissioner across WWE brands is William Regal.

Although he is very much back in action in a prominent backstage role in WWE as the Vice President, Global Talent Development – he hasn’t featured often on TV.

While he has had a few appearances in NXT, it would be fun for fans on the main roster to see a special GM appearance by William Regal.

Regal notably served as an on-screen authority figure in the past but given the complexity of performance he is able to give – it could be most fun to try and de-code his true motivations.

2. Paul Heyman

Although he remains a central character off-screen in WWE, Paul Heyman is also a force on-screen.

Given his recent affiliation with Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Big Bronson Reed – having a proper Paul Heyman takeover could make for a historic episode of WWE Raw.

Having Paul Heyman sub in for Adam Pearce could throw quite a bit of chaos into any standard edition of WWE Raw.

Poised to yield his power over the program, it would be incredible to see what even one episode would look like being specifically branded as a special edition Paul Heyman production.

1. Beth Phoenix

WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix would be an iconic substitution for either WWE Raw or SmackDown GMs in the lead up to Evolution 2 on July 13.

Having legendary stars sub in for an episode of TV as GM is a bit that can get stale if done too often however in this case, it would make complete sense.

While the star revealed last summer that she was no longer under contract with WWE however the sought after free agent has yet to publicly sign anywhere else.

With Phoenix having been a foundational member of the WWE women’s division, as well as having been on commentary for the first edition of Evolution in 2018, perhaps a special guest appearance could be just around the corner.
