WWE Royal Rumble 2025 is mere days away and is one of the more anticipated premium live events in recent memory thanks in large part to the two titular matches.

Following Raw’s recent move to Netflix, the red brand will have plenty of representation in both the men’s and women’s Rumble matches.

Over the past few weeks, the stars of Raw have been featured to give the fans a hint of which names will get a spot in WWE’s most popular stipulation.

Here are eight WWE Raw stars, who have not yet officially declared their entry, to potentially join the Royal Rumble match.

8. Karrion Kross

Known as a master manipulator of sorts, Karrion Kross has taken responsibility for the attitude changes and heel turns of various WWE stars, such as Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles and The New Day.

As of late, Kross shifted his focus from The Wyatt Sicks to the top Raw stars in Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn and CM Punk.

With all three competitors entering the men’s Royal Rumble match, it only makes sense for The Final Testament’s leader to also be included in the bout.

Kross being responsible for the elimination of Rollins or Zayn could potentially put the spotlight on the former NXT Champion in a bigger way than his past actions have.

7. Dakota Kai

On the January 13 edition of WWE Raw on Netflix, Lyra Valkyria defeated Dakota Kai to become in the inaugural WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion.

Since then, Kai has been able to pick up a victory alongside her Damage CTRL stablemate IYO SKY against Pure Fusion Collective’s Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler on the January 27 episode.

After her recent performances, Dakota should be included in the women’s WWE Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Kai mixing it up with Charlotte Flair, Liv Morgan and Bayley should offer some enjoyable exchanges and can allow her to stand out in the 30-woman field.

6. Sheamus

In 2012, Sheamus added another big accomplishment to his Hall of Fame resumé when he won the Royal Rumble match.

Coming off the heels of another failed attempt at capturing the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker at Saturday Night’s Main Event, “The Celtic Warrior” will need a strong showing in the Rumble.

Whether it be eliminating Breakker or an “Iron Man” performance, Sheamus has the opportunity to thrust himself into more opportunities with what he does in the men’s Royal Rumble match.

The 2012 Rumble winner could be in a “do or die” position needing to make an impact with a victory, kickstarting or furthering a feud in the bout on February 1.

On the January 20 edition of WWE Raw on Netflix, Rey Mysterio defeated Kofi Kingston. Post match, Kofi’s tag team partner Xavier Woods attacked Mysterio before the LWO made the save.

Over the years, Kingston has used the Royal Rumble match as his playground to have some of the most memorable moments of his entire career.

Kofi’s over-the-top near eliminations over the years have been one of the more expected highlights nearly every year at one point.

Despite this trend seemingly ending the past few years, Kingston could represent the New Day with an entry in the men’s Rumble, get a lot of heat from the sold out Indianapolis crowd and begin a rivalry with other stars on the roster.

4. WWE Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker

At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Bron Breakker defeated Sheamus to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

As of late, Breakker has primarily faced and feuded with either “The Celtic Warrior” or Ludwig Kaiser over on Monday Night Raw.

After making his main roster debut in the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match, Breakker should be back in the bout this year.

Bron could potentially have showdowns with the likes of Jacob Fatu, CM Punk and Roman Reigns during the 2025 men’s Rumble.

3. WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria

After becoming the first-ever WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Lyra Valkyria is still riding high on the momentum of her career-defining victory.

Valkyria could be someone to peg as a potential “Iron Woman” candidate for this year’s Rumble.

The former NXT Women’s Champion has showcased her ability to work well with any opponent she’s in the ring with, so placing her early in the bout might be a good move to make sure the Rumble can be entertaining throughout.

Lyra could also potentially set up some new challengers for her new championship gold, such as Natalya or an NXT call-up.

2. Logan Paul

Ahead of the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, GM Adam Pearce announced the addition of one of the company’s top stars in Logan Paul.

Since then, Paul has not appeared to speak or compete on Monday nights, but he has instead been highlighted with video packages and vignettes.

The social media megastar using the momentum from coming over to the red brand allows him to mix it up with the top stars on Monday Night Raw.

From CM Punk to Jey Uso, there are so many popular babyfaces to square off with one of WWE’s most hated talents in Paul on the mic and in the ring.

1. IYO SKY

There has been a groundswell of fan support heading into this year’s women’s Royal Rumble match for IYO SKY.

The former WWE Women’s Champion came up short in her bid to challenge Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

However, SKY has gotten back on the winning end of things to begin 2025 just ahead of this year’s Rumble event.

With a field that includes Charlotte Flair, Liv Morgan and Bianca Belair, IYO seems like a dark horse favorite who could surprise the fans by winning the 2025 women’s WWE Royal Rumble.
