Heading into WWE WrestleMania 41, the tag team divisions on both Raw and SmackDown have been taking shape with various duos coming to the forefront.
On Raw, The War Raiders are at the top as World Tag Team Champions with the likes of New Day and American Made trying to take their spot.
Meanwhile, SmackDown has been the wild west with an assortment of teams gunning for the new WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits.
From stories that match up to big time reunions, here are six potential WWE Raw and SmackDown new tag teams.
6. Penta & Rey Fenix (Lucha Brothers)

On the March 14 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE aired the first vignette to tease the arrival of former AEW star Rey Fenix.
With Fenix about to start his WWE run on the blue brand, it means that fans will be introduced to the amazing high flyer as a singles act.
While this gives the former AEW International Champion an opportunity to match the success of his brother, there are many fans who want to see Fenix reunited with Penta.
Penta and Fenix shouldn’t wait too long before they come together as a duo and bring their innovative tag team cohesion to WWE TV on either Raw or SmackDown.

5. Chad Gable & Santos Escobar

Speaking of luchadors, Chad Gable has fully embraced the dark arts of lucha libre after going on excursion to correct his past failures against Mexican stars.
Allegedly, Gable has been under an American Made mask and has initiated various attacks on the LWO. The group has been the enemy of another Mexican-born talent in the past.
Santos Escobar left the LWO to reform Legado Del Fantasma back in 2023 and could gain another ally in the former Olympian.
Gable and Escobar joining forces could make for an intriguing duo who could face Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee, while Santos teaches the American Made more secrets to lucha libre.

4. Bayley & Zelina Vega

Since moving to Monday Night Raw in the “transfer window,” Bayley hasn’t been able to quite find her footing over on the red brand.
After failing to win the Women’s Elimination Chamber, “The Role Model” has changed her focus and is now targeting the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Meanwhile, Zelina Vega has gotten a fresh start on the SmackDown brand and set her sights on the WWE Women’s United States Championship.
However, Bayley and Vega could form a new unit that can go on to challenge Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships down the line.

3. Logan Paul & Carmelo Hayes

Another “transfer window” move saw former United States Champion Logan Paul make the jump to Monday Night Raw.
Paul has become one of the red brand’s top heels and could become a future challenger for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Meanwhile, Carmelo Hayes has been gaining momentum of his own over on SmackDown and has formed a new tentative tag team with The Miz called “Melo Don’t Miz.”
Hayes could find a better partnership with someone who once teamed with The Miz himself in Paul. Logan and Melo could make for a formidable duo who could contend with any tag team on either Raw or SmackDown.

2. Bron Breakker & Jacob Fatu

There might not two better examples of stars on the rise on the WWE main roster than current Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker and former New Bloodline member Jacob Fatu.
Back in October, Breakker and Fatu went face-to-face with one another to the roar of the crowd in attendance.
Aligning two future main eventers together could make for one of the biggest threats to either of the current tag team champions in The War Raiders and The Street Profits.
Breakker and Fatu would be a tag team built for destruction in a similar fashion to the Road Warriors and Demolition before them.

1. Seth Rollins & Drew McIntyre

Since the beginning of 2025, Seth Rollins has been on the brink of snapping thanks to his ongoing feuds with CM Punk and Roman Reigns.
Rollins’ hatred for both men has driven to the point of no return and looks to be set for a collision course at WrestleMania 41.
Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre just made the move to SmackDown and has his own problems to deal with in Damian Priest. However, his own hatred for Punk and Reigns could easily come back to the surface at any time.
Rollins and McIntyre joining forces could lead to the two former World Heavyweight Champions uniting to take down their enemies once and for all.
