2025 has seen plenty of significant changes made to the roster of Monday Night Raw since making their debut on Netflix in January.
From free agents additions like Penta to main roster call-ups from NXT like Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez, the Raw roster looks very different from how it was at the tailend of 2024.
With just a few months left in 2025, it would not be surprising to see even more adjustments being made to the Raw roster in the weeks to come.
Here are seven potential changes for the WWE Raw roster.
7. Jimmy Uso reunites with Jey Uso & Roman Reigns on Monday nights
In September 2025, Jimmy Uso moved from the Friday Night SmackDown brand to Monday Night Raw.
Reuniting with his twin brother Jey Uso on Monday nights, The Usos have been dealing with their issues and rivalry with The Vision since then.
On the September 29 edition of WWE Raw, Roman Reigns made his return for the first time since WWE Clash In Paris 2025 to help The Usos defeat The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in a Tornado Tag.
With Jimmy joining forces with Jey and Reigns again, fans could be seeing the OG Bloodline officially back to take down The Vision.

6. Tony D’Angelo becomes “The Don of Monday Night Raw”
Back in July 2025, Tony D’Angelo made a mysterious appearance on WWE NXT where he was seen having dinner at his restaurant only for a dark presence to come visit him before the screen faded to black.
Recent reports have indicated that D’Angelo requested some time off and this was the company’s way to write him off WWE television.
Returning on the main roster, “The Don of NXT” could be becoming “The Don of Monday Night Raw” if D’Angelo makes the jump.

5. Rey Fenix joins Raw roster to reunite the Lucha Bros with Penta
Since making their individual WWE debuts earlier this year, many fans have asked when Penta and Rey Fenix will team in the company.
Both men have had time to establish themselves as singles competitors with Penta becoming a popular babyface for Raw, while Fenix has been impressing fans with his high flying exploits on SmackDown.
While Fenix has competed plenty in singles competition, he has most recently wrestled in tag team action alongside Andrade and Je’Von Evans in recent months.
Fenix joining the Raw roster and reuniting the Lucha Bros with Penta might be what both men need for their career and for the brothers to make a consequential impact on WWE.

4. Trick Williams makes WWE Raw in-ring debut
A new report has speculated that WWE is currently handling main roster call-ups a little differently now than they have in the past.
During recent episodes of WWE Raw, NXT’s Trick Williams has been seen cutting promos during the ad breaks on the show.
After several weeks appearing on the program, Williams making his in-ring debut feels like the next step in WWE’s new approach to handle call-ups with more of a slower approach.
Following his recent run as TNA World Champion, it has become clear that Trick Williams has everything it takes to be a top star in WWE and could get his chance to prove that on Raw.

3. Oba Femi called up to Raw
At WWE NXT No Mercy 2025, Ricky Saints defeated Oba Femi to win the NXT Championship.
After this significant loss, Femi was nowhere to be found during the September 30 episode of NXT.
Looking like he might have ended his NXT run, it leaves the door open for “The Ruler” to see if he can match his accomplishments on the same as he has over the past two years.
Femi getting called up would drastically shift how the entire landscape of WWE Raw looks moving forward.

2. GUNTHER leaves Raw to join Friday Night SmackDown
At WWE SummerSlam 2025 Night One, CM Punk defeated GUNTHER to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
During the course of the bout, GUNTHER suffered a reported nose injury, which required him to undergo surgery.
“The Ring General” remains as one of the top stars on WWE Raw thanks to his two reigns as World Heavyweight Champion.
Bringing his star power and exceptional in-ring ability, GUNTHER could benefit from leaving Raw and heading to SmackDown where he would feel like a legitimate threat to Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

1. AJ Lee joins the WWE Raw women’s division
On the September 5 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, AJ Lee made her WWE debut for the first time in 10 years.
Teaming with her husband CM Punk, Lee picked up a win over Becky Lynch and her husband Seth Rollins in a mixed tag team match at WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025.
After making the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion tap out to the Black Widow, it is clear that Lee should be added into the women’s scene over on Raw.
AJ Lee joining the WWE Raw womens division to challenge Lynch for her gold could make for one of the bigger high profile bouts that the company will consider worthy of a PLE main event spot.
