Adam Pearce has been among the longest running authority figures in WWE history.
Despite all of the chaos that goes down on Monday Night Raw, Pearce has remained a dependable GM who is always there to lay down the law.
Although he has done a good job in his role, WWE could always try someone new in the Raw GM position if they want to explore new stories for Pearce.
Here are six potential new WWE Raw General Managers.
6. Paige

In March, Saraya announced that she was officially parting ways with All Elite Wrestling and leaving the promotion.
After three years with the company, Saraya has made it clear that she is open to making a return to WWE.
With Saraya willing to become Paige again, there are a litany of roles that she could potentially play on WWE TV moving forward.
Paige re-signing with WWE to become the new Raw General Manager sounds like a good idea to ease her back into the company and see how much she will shift the landscape of the red brand.

5. Nick Aldis

Since signing with WWE in 2023, Nick Aldis has served as the SmackDown General Manager.
Coming with a level of credibility that many authority figures do not have, Aldis has done well to separate himself from all the others in this position.
The former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion could be in line for a promotion where he heads to the flagship show in WWE.
Aldis moving over to Monday Night Raw might be able to maintain control in a better way than Pearce has sometimes been able to do during his time on the red brand.

4. Ava

Also taking on her role in 2023, Ava has been the NXT General Manager and has been able to create her own identity.
The Rock’s daughter started as a wrestler and manager before making the transition to an authority figure role, which she has excelled in so far.
Showing off her impressive talking ability, Ava has definitely left her mark on the NXT brand, and she could do the same over on Raw.
Ava taking over from Adam Pearce on WWE Raw would be a logical move, seeing the young star get a bigger spotlight on the main roster.

3. Liv Morgan

In June, Liv Morgan suffered a dislocated shoulder that has led to her being sidelined.
The former WWE Women’s World Champion has remained off of television for the past two months since then.
Creating some intriguing storylines moving forward, WWE could give Morgan the position of Monday Night Raw General Manager where she could either help or hurt her Judgment Day stablemates.
Considering The Judgment Day replaced her with Roxanne Perez, Liv could use this newfound power to make their lives a living hell.

2. Paul Heyman

Ever since aligning with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41, Paul Heyman has been in control of Monday Night Raw in many ways.
Being ‘The Oracle’ to Rollins as he assembled The Vision, Heyman has functioned as a guide to ‘The Visionary’ and helped him get to the World Heavyweight Championship.
In the past, Heyman has served as the SmackDown General Manager and was of course the ECW owner during the 1990s.
Heyman getting the role of Raw GM would further cement The Vision as in control and taking over WWE brand by brand.

1. Karrion Kross

Following WWE SummerSlam 2025, Karrion Kross announced that his contract with the company had expired and he was officially a free agent.
Some fans had a lot of debate regarding whether Kross leaving the promotion was real or not.
With Kross appearing at GCW and set to appear for several independent promotions, it looks like his exit was legitimate.
This does not eliminate the option for WWE to surprise fans by having Kross return to the company to become the new Raw General Manager and giving the instigator some power.
