WWE Raw has felt like a land of opportunity for new talent joining the roster since the start of 2025.
From Penta and Roxanne Perez to Rusev and Stephanie Vaquer, these stars have added a great deal of depth and intrigue to the roster.
Looking over at NXT and the free agency market, there are plenty of possibilities for talent that could bring a lot more to the table for the red brand.
Here are eight new potential WWE Raw signings.
8. The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie Bella)

On the June 9 edition of Monday Night Raw, Nikki Bella made her return and was immediately confronted by Liv Morgan.
Shortly after this appearance, reports circulated that Nikki’s twin sister Brie Bella was in talks to make her return to the company as well.
With WWE Evolution 2025 on the horizon, there is a strong possibility that both Bellas could be back into the picture for the women’s division.
Having a legendary duo sign with Monday Night Raw could garner plenty of attention and intrigue, especially with WWE delivering a Bella Twins reunion.

7. Lola Vice

Since signing with WWE in 2022, Lola Vice has used her MMA background to make a seamless transition into professional wrestling.
The 26-year-old star has improved and shown tremendous growth over the course of the past three years.
Showcasing her ability in the ring and her undeniable charisma, Vice has everything it takes to fit in nicely on the WWE main roster.
Vice joining her on-screen friend Stephanie Vaquer over on Monday Night Raw would greatly bolster the women’s tag team division and lead to some championship gold for both ladies.

6. Mr. Iguana

At WWE & AAA Worlds Collide, Octagon Jr., Aero Star and Mr. Iguana defeated Lince Dorado and the LWO in the opener of the premium live event.
Coming out of the show, all everyone could talk about was how over Iguana and his mascot La Yesca were with the Los Angeles crowd.
Receiving a massive pop when shown in the crowd at WWE Money in the Bank 2025, and even getting a video package on Raw, it seems clear that the company have big plans for the Lucha Libre AAA star.
Iguana signing with Monday Night Raw would be a clear indication that WWE sees so much in the Mexican star as a potential merchandise mover on the main stage.

5. Paige (Saraya)

After leaving All Elite Wrestling in March, Saraya has made it no secret that she is open to making a return to the WWE.
Following a three year run in AEW, Saraya, formerly known as Paige, has proven to herself that she can step back in the ring and stand toe-to-toe with the best in the industry.
Making a comeback to WWE would see Paige bringing her star power and experience back to the company she originally called home.
With a fresh crop of talent that she can have dream matches with, Paige would be a splendid addition to the WWE Raw roster where she can mix it up with the likes of Rhea Ripley, Roxanne Perez and IYO SKY.

4. Joe Hendry

Back in May 2024, TNA Wrestling’s Joe Hendry debuted in WWE over on the NXT brand, with his popularity soaring to new heights as a result.
In moments few would have imagined possible, Hendry then made his return to WWE as TNA World Champion at both the 2025 Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 41.
In March, it was rumored that Hendry could debut on Monday Night Raw when the company visited Glasgow, Scotland, however, this never came to fruition.
Considering the former TNA World Champion’s level of popularity, it would not be surprising to see Hendry sign with WWE in the future and become a major part of the Monday Night Raw roster instead of starting on NXT.

3. Ricky Saints

In February, Ricky Saints made his debut in WWE and has since became a top star on the NXT brand.
It only took the former AEW star just over a month to win the NXT North American Championship and establish himself as one of the most popular stars on the show.
Since losing the North American Title, it was rumored that Saints is expected to move up to the WWE main roster and join Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman’s new faction on Raw.
While that would be a tantalizing proposition, Ricky might be better suited getting called up as a babyface and working alongside his former AEW co-worker CM Punk against Seth and company.

2. Ethan Page

Another WWE NXT star who has been reported to be getting his main roster call-up soon is Ethan Page.
Since arriving in WWE, “All Ego” has cemented himself as a prominently featured star on the NXT brand, holding both the NXT Championship and North American Championship.
Despite currently being the NXT North American Champion, Page has more than proven himself of being capable of being placed in an important role on the WWE main roster.
Page joining Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman’s new faction makes a great deal of sense and could see him play an integral role in the group that will further solidify their place atop Monday Night Raw.

1. Oba Femi

Oba Femi sits on the throne for NXT and has stayed there for much of his run on the brand since debuting in 2023.
In 2024 “The Ruler” set the record as the longest reigning NXT North American Championship in the titles history with a 272 day reign.
To start 2025, Femi won the NXT Championship and has had a firm grip on the title, defeating the likes of Trick Williams, Myles Borne, Jasper Troy and Je’Von Evans.
Showing growth over the course of the past two years, Oba could be an excellent addition to the Monday Night Raw where there are plenty of dream matches with the likes of GUNTHER, Sheamus and Rusev for him there.
