The Raw after WrestleMania 41 saw the start of a new season for WWE with various huge moments and significant changes taking place over the course of the three-hour program.
From heel turns and returns to debuts and new alliances being formed, it was one of the most newsworthy and eventful episodes of the show since moving to Netflix.
With the April 28 episode of Monday Night Raw on the horizon, there could be plenty more systemic shifts that take place that could further alter the landscape of the red brand.
Here are seven potential last-minute changes to WWE Raw.
7. Roxanne Perez Makes Raw Permanent Home
Ever since her second reign as NXT Women’s Champion concluded, many fans have been wondering when Roxanne Perez would make her way to the main roster full-time.
In 2025 alone, Perez set the record for longest duration in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match and had an impressive showing in the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match.
On the WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41, “The Prodigy” interfered and caused a disqualification in the match between WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY and NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer.
With her match with Rhea Ripley scheduled for the April 28 WWE Raw, it should become official that the red brand is the new permanent home for Roxanne moving forward.

6. Becky Lynch Revealed As Bayley’s Mystery Attacker
After her well received return at WrestleMania 41, Becky Lynch didn’t waste any time shocking fans with an abrupt heel turn on the Raw After Mania.
Losing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships back to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on the show, “The Man” turned on her protege Lyra Valkyria to the shock of the fans in the post-match.
With Becky’s return being facilitated due to a mystery attack on Bayley on the Countdown to WrestleMania Saturday, it should be revealed that Lynch was behind this assault.
This could set up the next two major feuds over the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship with Becky feuding with both Lyra and Bayley over the next few months.

5. Lana Joins Rusev As His Manager Once Again
On the WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41, Rusev made his return to the promotion for the first time in five years by attacking Alpha Academy.
Shortly after his comeback, it was revealed that Rusev signed a two-year deal with the company and his wife CJ Perry had signed a WWE Legends contract.
This should set the stage for Perry, formerly known as Lana, to join her husband on Monday Night Raw as his manager once again.
Rusev and Lana could recapture the magic from their initial run on the main roster where they became one of the most hated heel acts in the company.

4. Finn Balor Starts To Revolt Against The Judgment Day
At WWE WrestleMania 41 Night Two, Dominik Mysterio defeated Finn Balor, Penta and Bron Breakker to win the Intercontinental Championship.
Despite being pinned by Mysterio on his way to victory, Balor remained loyal to The Judgment Day and was even in Dominik’s corner during his first title defence against Penta on the Raw After Mania.
It was the returning JD McDonagh who was the difference maker in helping “Dirty Dom” picking up the win over the luchador.
While Balor looked surprised by JD’s return, having his protege back could lead to Finn starting a revolt within The Judgment Day to help progress the growing dissension within the faction.

3. Logan Paul Steps Up As Jey Uso’s First Challenger For World Heavyweight Championship
At WWE WrestleMania 41 Night One, Jey Uso defeated GUNTHER to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
Meanwhile, Logan Paul picked up one of the biggest wins of his WWE career by defeating AJ Styles on Night Two.
Shortly after making the jump to the Raw brand, Paul made it clear that his goal for coming to the red brand was to capture the World Heavyweight Championship.
Fans should see Logan clearly putting his sights on Jey’s gold and setting up a heated battle over the top prize on Monday Night Raw heading into WWE Backlash 2025.

2. Paul Heyman Recruits New Clients To Join Seth Rollins & Bron Breakker
After weeks of turmoil, Paul Heyman made the decision to turn on both CM Punk and Roman Reigns in favour of aligning with Seth Rollins, helping him pick up the victory in the main event of WrestleMania 41 Night One.
Then the following night on the Raw After Mania, Punk and Reigns came looking for revenge on both men, but they ran into the buzzsaw known as Bron Breakker who joined forces with Rollins and Heyman.
With this new heel faction forming, it looks like Heyman has created a new “dangerous alliance” that could take over WWE Raw.
The company should have Heyman recruit more new clients to make this new stable even more powerful and become the next great heel faction for WWE.

1. Roman Reigns Officially Joins Raw Roster
Following the shocking betrayal of Paul Heyman at WrestleMania 41, Roman Reigns surprised many fans by showing up on the Raw After Mania looking for vengeance.
However, “The OTC” was not ready for Bron Breakker who delivered two thunderous spears to the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion with the last one being through the barricade.
Reigns should be hellbent on revenge on Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman and Breakker now, which could mean him officially joining the Monday Night Raw roster.
Roman would add a huge jolt of star power to the red brand and become one of, if not, the biggest star on the show moving forward despite his part-time status.
