On last night’s Halloween Havoc show, the final NXT premium live event of 2026 was announced as the return of TLC after six years away.
The event will take place on December 12 in place of NXT Deadline, seemingly bringing an end to the Iron Survivor Challenge, at least for this year.
With a returning PLE taking place next month, here are some title changes we could see at NXT TLC 2026.
NXT Championship – Cruz Montana
Since he made the move over to NXT from TNA, Cruz Montana has been chasing the NXT Championship, with him coming up short in the four-way at Heatwave, where Grayson Waller won the title.
Since Waller won the title, the endgame has always seemed like an eventual title match between he and Cruz Montana for the NXT Championship, which would make for the perfect main event for NXT TLC.
With Montana set to wrap up his rivalry with Dion Lennox next week on NXT in an Unsanctioned match, he will likely be next in line for a shot at the title.
NXT Women’s Championship – Kendal Grey
When Kelani Jordan defeated Kendal Grey for the NXT Women’s Championship at Heatwave, it was a long time coming for Kelani to finally reach the top of the NXT mountain.
Since Heatwave, Kendal has been kept out of action, with Wren Sinclair stepping in to challenge Kelani at Halloween Havoc instead.
The end goal seems to be a major rematch between Kelani and Kendal, with Kendal winning back her title.
NXT Tag Team Championship – Ultranueva (Noam Dar & Romeo Moreno)
The 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic final is set to take place next week on NXT, when Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar, the duo known as Ultranueva, face off against Hank Walker & Tank Ledger.
With Dar and Moreno already picking up the win over NXT Tag Team Champions the Vanity Project during the tournament, the stage seems set for Dar and Moreno to pick up the win and take home the cup this year.
While the tournament is not for the NXT Tag Team Championship, or even for a definitive title shot, it would make sense for them to be next in line to challenge for the titles, especially with them already having a win over the champions.
