WWE New Female Member For The Vision

WWE's Austin Theory, Logan Paul and Maxxine Dupri

WWE’s The Vision has gone through different changes over the past year from their beginning days with Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman at the helm, to their current state.

Following injuries to Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, it feels like Logan Paul and Austin Theory need some kind of backup.

Recently, fans have noticed The Vision teasing the addition of different members, which could come from the WWE women’s division.

Here are seven WWE new potential female members for The Vision.

7. Maxxine Dupri

On the March 16 edition of WWE Raw, Nattie defeated Maxxine Dupri to seemingly put an end to their rivalry.

Following this loss, Dupri was seen looking down backstage when Austin Theory could be seen approaching her to provide some kind of comfort.

This has led many to believe that Maxxine could become the latest recruit to The Vision faction at some point.

Making the former WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion the first female member of The Vision could help her regain her confidence and allow Maxxine to show fans a different side of her personality.

6. Nattie

On the January 19 episode of Monday Night Raw, Nattie turned heel on Maxxine Dupri and displayed the frustration that has been growing inside of her for years now.

Becoming “The Lowkey Legend,” Nattie has brought a different level of aggression and intensity to what she does inside the squared circle.

Despite never being accompanied by Paul Heyman in WWE, Nattie has long considered herself as a “Paul Heyman Girl” for the past several years.

Nattie joining The Vision would be interesting to seeing her veteran presence alongside Austin Theory and Logan Paul in the stable moving forward.

5. Izzi Dame

In 2023, Izzi Dame made her WWE debut as part of the NXT brand and would eventually join forces with Shawn Spears and Niko Vance in The Culling.

Three years later, Dame has established herself as one of the most consistently featured stars on the NXT roster.

After recently losing the NXT Women’s North American Championship to Tatum Paxley at Vengeance Day 2026, Dame’s future on the brand seems uncertain and could see her eventually get called up to the main roster.

With her look, presence and experience on NXT, Dame could be a wonderful addition to The Vision where Paul Heyman would be a great manager to make her feel like a massive star upon her main roster debut.

Since signing with WWE in 2022, Lola Vice has made a seamless transition from the MMA world to pro wrestling.

Becoming a prominent female star on the NXT roster, Vice has displayed her undeniable charisma and hard hitting in-ring style.

Over the past year, Vice has improved greatly thanks to splitting her time between WWE NXT and Lucha Libre AAA.

With all signs pointing toward a main roster call-up coming soon, Lola Vice might be best suited to align herself with Paul Heyman and The Vision as the future of the WWE women’s division moving forward.

In January 2026, Jordynne Grace moved from WWE NXT to the main roster and joined the SmackDown roster.

Before signing with WWE, Grace was known as one of the best women’s wrestlers in the world today.

“The Juggernaut” has the size, strength and athleticism to stand toe-to-toe with any woman on the WWE roster right now.

With everything she has accomplished outside of WWE and her potential, Grace is someone else who would fit in with The Vision and could potentially bring gold to this faction.

After spending the last four years on the brand, Jacy Jayne broke out in a major way in 2025 and now sits atop of the NXT women’s division.

Starting out as a member of Toxic Attraction, Jayne became the leader of her own faction named Fatal Influence and has since captured the NXT Women’s Championship on two occasions.

After her first appearance on the main roster at WWE Royal Rumble 2026, Jayne seems more than ready to make Raw or SmackDown her permanent home.

Getting called up to the WWE main roster, Jayne could join forces with Paul Heyman and The Vision where her talents would be put directly in the spotlight.

1. Blake Monroe

WWE NXT's Blake Monroe

Having traveled around the world to gain experience, Blake Monroe arrived in WWE in 2025 as a finished product.

The former Mariah May put her name on the map in Japan for STARDOM and then in the United States with All Elite Wrestling.

After becoming a top star for the company and a former AEW Women’s World Champion, Monroe made the choice to sign with WWE and has become one of the most highlighted female stars on the NXT roster since then.

With everything she has achieved in her career, Monroe feels like a ready made main roster star who would benefit from the guidance of Paul Heyman as the first female member of The Vision if she were to join forces with the faction in the near future.
