WWE has seen several legends making their presence known in the company as of late.
Whether it be Nikki Bella’s recent appearance on Raw or Trish Stratus returning on SmackDown, these legendary names have helped to bring more eyes back to the current product.
There are plenty more legends and WWE Hall of Famers who could be on their way back into the fold that could specifically bolster things on Monday Night Raw.
Here are seven WWE legends to potentially return to Raw.
7. The Undertaker

The Undertaker is widely regarded as one of the greatest WWE stars of all time and has a legacy that is comparable to anyone who has ever stepped foot in a pro wrestling ring.
Recently, The Undertaker has become a fixture on WWE LFG: Legends and Future Greats, but that isn’t the only place he’s been seen working in the company.
It was recently reported and confirmed that Taker has been working backstage in a potential creative position with the company.
While he may get a creative position in the future, it could also be a possibility that the WWE Hall of Famer could get another on-screen role as an authority figure over on Raw that could enhance the flagship even further on Netflix.

6. Brie Bella

On the June 9 episode of Monday Night Raw, Nikki Bella made her return to the company for the first time since Royal Rumble 2025 when she was confronted by Liv Morgan.
Setting up a rivalry ahead of the upcoming WWE Evolution 2025 premium live event, it looked like fans would see a match involving both Bella and Morgan at the historic all-women’s show.
Following the confrontation, it was reported that Nikki’s twin sister Brie Bella was expected to also make her return to WWE.
Making an in-ring comeback for the first time since Royal Rumble 2022, Brie could add a lot of star power and name value to Raw and WWE Evolution 2025 in a major way, especially if it gives fans a Bella Twins reunion.

5. Paige (Saraya)

Back in March, Saraya announced her departure from All Elite Wrestling after a three year run with the promotion.
Many fans wondered and some even expected Saraya to make a return to her Paige moniker over in WWE sooner rather than later.
Considered by many to be one of the pioneers of the Women’s Revolution, it would be appropriate to see Paige have her first in-ring match in the company since 2017 at WWE Evolution 2025.
Making a return to her original home, Paige could be a wonderful addition to Monday Night Raw to help further establish the red brand as the best women’s division in the world today.

4. The Rock

Back in February, The Rock made his return to WWE and was instrumental in the shocking heel turn for John Cena at Elimination Chamber 2025.
Offering Cody Rhodes the opportunity to sell his soul to “The Final Boss,” it was Cena who instead took that spot and eventually went on to win the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41.
With Cena and Cody set to do battle in a rematch at WWE SummerSlam 2025, fans could see The Rock come back into the company to play another role in their feud.
Having “The Final Boss’ appear on Monday Night Raw could put all eyes on the red brand in a significant way as the company gears up for “The Biggest Party of the Summer” in August.

3. Mickie James

After a second run in TNA Wrestling came to a close in 2023, Mickie James made her return to WWE, signing a Legends contract.
James starred in the second season of WWE LFG: Legends and Future Greats on A&E where she provided guidance to the next generation of stars.
The former six-time WWE Women’s Champion could provide plenty of veteran experience to the current roster of talent over on Monday Night Raw.
Whether it be against Rhea Ripley or Stephanie Vaquer, Mickie James could be part of some of the greatest matches of her career if she could mix it up with the current women’s division over on Raw.

2. LayCool (Michelle McCool & Layla)

Another legendary name that has made their return over on WWE LFG is Michelle McCool.
Replacing Mickie James as a coach on the A&E show, McCool has stepped back into the fold for WWE and has made it no secret that she is open to making an in-ring comeback.
McCool’s long time tag team partner and friend Layla has also recently made a return to the pro wrestling world, looking to potentially come back to WWE one day.
Reuniting one of the most prominently featured female acts of the Divas era, LayCool could have a completely different feel in this current era of WWE and offer a new vibe to the Monday Night Raw women’s division.

1. Chavo Guerrero

At WWE & AAA Worlds Collide, Chavo Guerrero appeared in the crowd as a special guest for the premium live event.
This appearance may have just been the start of a second run in the company for the third generation star.
Recent reports have indicated that Guerrero has stated that he is once again working with WWE.
Whether it is as an authority figure, manager or as an in-ring competitor, Chavo could be back in the fold and have a new role on Monday Night Raw to be featured on the flagship show in the promotion.
