There are a number of WWE Hall of Famers who could potentially make a return to the company soon.

With major events like Evolution and SummerSlam coming up, there are a number of veterans who could play a big part in some storylines leading into those shows.

Here are seven WWE Hall of Famers who could return to the company.

7. Trish Stratus

Trish Stratus was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2013 but has made numerous in-ring returns in the company since then.

Most recently, she teamed up with WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton in a tag team match against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae at Elimination Chamber 2025.

With rumors that the Hall of Famer is already set to make an appearance on the June 30 edition of Raw, it could be that a return is happening very soon.

Certainly with the all-female Evolution 2025 premium live event set for next month in Atlanta, Stratus would be a shoo-in to be featured in a major match at the event.

6. Kevin Nash

Fan favorite Kevin Nash is a two-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee, individually in 2015 and again as a member of nWo in 2020.

While Nash recently respond to questions about an in-ring action with a resounding no – he didn’t rule out an on-screen return in a different capacity.

Seemingly squashing the idea of competing in the ring entirely, Nash still has a dynamic presence that would be fun to see make a series of on-screen appearances in NXT mentoring talent with his no nonsense approach.

Nash is clearly still engaged in pro wrestling as he is known for giving his unfiltered opinions on his podcast, so it would be interesting to see him interact with some of the stars he’s been outspoken about like LA Knight.

5. Lita

Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2014, Lita was last in in-ring action at WrestleMania 39 in 2023.

At the event, she teamed with Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch to take on Damage CTRL’s Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY in a winning effort.

The WWE legend would be particularly fun to see return sometime in the near future, given the upcoming all-female premium live event WWE Evolution 2025.

Having been a major force in the origins of women’s wrestling being taken more seriously in WWE, seeing Lita return during such a competitive time in the division would be particularly sweet.

4. Steiner Brothers

The Steiner Brothers were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022.

However, with the exception of some one-off appearances, the duo haven’t really factored into major WWE storylines – although they certainly could.

While it is known within WWE canon that Bron Breakker’s father is Rick Steiner, the familial connections haven’t been too heavily discussed.

But with Breakker currently under the tutelage of the dastardly Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman, perhaps the Steiners at some point could become involved.

3. Stone Cold Steve Austin

Stone Cold Steve Austin is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer, being inducted both individually in 2009 and again in 2025 along with Bret Hart in the first ever ‘Immortal Moment’ for their match at WrestleMania 13.

While Austin was last in in-ring action back in 2022 in a match against Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38, there has been an upswell of recent speculation that it may not have been his last.

Recent rumors have suggested that the legendary Hall of Famer may be willing to participate in one more match, leaving many fans to fantasy book who they would like to see as Austin’s final opponent.

Since WrestleMania 42 has been confirmed to be hosted in Las Vegas again in 2026, perhaps fans will really get to see one more match from the Texas Rattlesnake.

2. Rikishi

WWE legend Rikishi

Rikishi has been in the WWE Hall of Fame since being inducted back in 2015, although his presence has continued in WWE since then.

With sons Jimmy & Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa continuing to factor heavily in top storylines, Rikishi is an off-screen presence at the minute – but he isn’t shy with his opinions.

Sharing his emotional thoughts on his podcast about the product and particular his family, it would be particularly fun for Rikishi to make an on-screen WWE return.

In an arc that could be reality bending, Rikishi could return as a manager for any number of his family members and would likely become an instant fan favorite from the nostalgia alone.

1. Mark Henry

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry

Mark Henry was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018, with his last appearance in the company occurring in January 2021.

In May 2021, Henry made his AEW debut at Double or Nothing and it was revealed he would become a commentator on AEW Rampage. However, since departing AEW in 2024, he has since been reportedly re-signed to WWE under a legends deal.

Henry’s son Jacob Henry is signed to an NIL deal while he continues his career as a collegiate athlete in both football and wrestling.

Potentially being able to be a part of a growing number of father and son duos emerging in WWE – even if it’s just as a manager to his son rather than a tag partner – it would be great to see Mark Henry back on WWE TV.
