A new era of WWE Raw has begun with the show’s recent move and debut on the Netflix streaming service.

With its arrival on Netflix, the company has introduced the “transfer window,” which allows stars to move between all three brands.

WWE will be looking to bolster their roster for the company’s flagship show by making key additions up and down the card.

Here are eight new WWE stars to potentially join Monday Night Raw.

8. Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel, Berto & Elektra Lopez)

Since WWE SmackDown made the transition from two hours to three, the program has been featuring some lesser utilised talent on the roster.

One of the more notable acts who have found themselves with more television time has been Angel and Berto, collectively known as Los Garza.

Getting the opportunity to showcase their skills inside the ring, Los Garza have been putting in some good work against the likes of The Motor City Machine Guns and Pretty Deadly.

A move to Monday Night Raw could further help Angel and Berto to make a name for themselves in the tag team division, while Santos Escobar and Elektra Lopez can try their hand as singles stars in the men’s and women’s divisions respectively.

7. Meta-Four (Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson, Noam Dar & Oro Mensah)

2024 proved to be a crucial year in the development and growth of Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson of Meta-Four.

The two women improved throughout the past 12 months as individuals and as a duo.

Meanwhile, their Meta-Four stablemates Oro Mensah and Noam Dar have been going through their own struggles. Mensah has not been featured consistently on WWE TV, while Dar has been sidelined with an injury since May 2024.

This group getting called up to the Raw brand would help to flesh out the roster with Legend and Jackson in the women’s tag team division, while Dar and Mensah could try their hand and earn a shot at the World Tag Team Championship.

6. Ethan Page

On the January 7 New Year’s Evil edition of WWE NXT, Ethan Page was involved in a backstage segment with NXT GM Ava and her father The Rock.

During the segment, The Rock put over Page by telling him that he sees “All Ego” on the main roster one day.

With this interaction and endorsement along with his established lingering issue with CM Punk, Page has every reason to feel that now is the time to make the move to Monday Night Raw.

Page has undergone an attitude change as of late with some brutal and remorseless attacks that have showcased a darker side that could truly benefit him on the main roster.

5. Jimmy Uso

Returning to WWE at Bad Blood, Jimmy Uso has been working hard to make himself stand out among the other members of The Bloodline storyline.

From his death defying dive off the steel cage in WarGames to some singles efforts, Jimmy feels motivated and could need some fresh matchups to further this trend.

Uso making the move to Raw would reunite him with the OG Bloodline member Sami Zayn and his twin brother Jey Uso, which opens the door for different story directions.

Potentially bringing The Usos to the tag team division or interacting with different acts on Raw, there is a lot of entertaining television with Jimmy heading to Raw.

4. LA Knight

After losing the United States Championship to Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series, LA Knight has found himself in a state of uncertainty.

Continuing to chase the gold while also feuding with The Bloodline, Knight has been misdirected at every turn on the SmackDown brand since losing his title.

Ever since his arrival on the main roster in 2022, Knight has been a member of the SmackDown roster and needs a change of scenery more than anyone.

Knight is one of WWE’s most popular babyfaces and could find himself with a much higher ceiling to potentially finally become a world champion on Monday Night Raw.

3. Bayley

On the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, SmackDown star Bayley was seen chatting with Raw General Manager Adam Pearce backstage.

The multi-time WWE Women’s Champion has been featured all three brands as of late with a stronger focus being put on her.

After coming up short against Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship on the January 17 SmackDown, there is nothing to hold Bayley back on Friday nights.

With potential fresh matches against Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan and Lyra Valkyria, Bayley is someone who feels necessary to add to the Raw roster right now.

2. Roxanne Perez

When looking at the NXT roster, there might not be another star on the developmental brand more ready for the bright lights of the main roster than Roxanne Perez.

The former NXT Women’s Champion had an exceptional run with the gold that showcased her evolution as an in-ring general and a well polished television character.

The poise and presence displayed by Perez would allow her to effortlessly fit in nicely among the impressive talent in the Raw women’s division.

“The Prodigy” clashing with Becky Lynch or IYO SKY should offer some compelling interactions that could firmly establish Perez as the cocky heel who ran roughshod over NXT last year.

On the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, Roman Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa to regain his ula fala in the Tribal Combat Match.

Reigns was then given the endorsement from The Rock who bestowed the ula fala to his cousin and allowed him to stand tall on that all important show.

“The OTC” is unquestionably WWE’s top star and should be featured on the company’s flagship show after the recent move to Netflix.

Reigns coming to Raw would open the door for some exciting feuds and matchups against the likes of CM Punk, GUNTHER, Drew McIntyre and his former Shield brethren Seth Rollins.
