WWE has announced that “immortal moments” are now eligible to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, beginning with Bret Hart vs ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13.
While there have already been several inductees named including Triple H, Michelle McCool and Lex Luger – there are potentially more moments and people left to be announced.
Here are seven more potential WWE Hall of Fame 2025 inductees – including individuals and matches.
7. Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat – WrestleMania 3

Considered widely to be one of the greatest matches in history, there is a case to be made for this WrestleMania 3 classic to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
The iconic match featured Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat challenging ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage for the Intercontinental Championship.
In a thrilling turn of events, Steamboat was able to reverse a scoop slam into a roll up to get the win – and the crowd went absolutely wild.
WrestleMania 3 was also host to the historic Andre The Giant match against Hulk Hogan, the main event of the show, with would be another potential option for an induction.

6. Kamala

Despite being nicknamed the ‘Ugandan Giant’, the legendary Kamala was portrayed by the Mississippi-born James Harris.
Harris towered above competition, being announced as 6’7″, with his fearsome in-ring persona living up to his dominating stature.
Sadly, Harris passed away in 2020. However, his family has reportedly recently signed a posthumous nostalgia deal with WWE, potentially indicating that Kamala could be headed for the WWE Hall of Fame.
With reports noting that he is being considered for induction – hopefully this year is Kamala’s year.

5. The Rock vs. ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin – WrestleMania X-Seven

A heated rivalry that had lasted years was seemingly going to boil over at WrestleMania X-Seven when WWF Champion The Rock looked to defend his title against ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin.
The 2001 No Disqualifications match was a defining moment in not only the careers of Stone Cold and The Rock, but also for professional wrestling as a whole, as Austin aligned with Vince McMahon in order to win the title.
Another WrestleMania X-Seven match that could make the list is the Edge & Christian vs The Dudley Boyz vs The Hardy Boyz three-way ladder match for the WWF Tag Team Championship.
However, as Christian Cage and Edge (Cope) remain signed with AEW in 2025, it seems like that particular bout may have to wait to be acknowledged.

4. William Regal

One WWE legend who has contributed both in front of the cameras and behind the scenes is William Regal.
Regal has had a decades-long impactful career throughout tenures in WWE, WCW and even AEW before eventually returning to WWE.
After returning in January 2023, Regal became WWE’s Vice President of Global Talent Development where he continues to make an impact backstage.
With plenty of friends still in WWE, there are numerous choices for who could do Regal’s induction speech. If not a fellow legend, it could be enjoyable to see Regal’s son and current NXT star Charlie Dempsey do the honors.

3. Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair – WrestleMania 24

While there are plenty of Ric Flair matches that could be considered for WWE Hall of Fame induction – this special “last” match is a big one.
This classic is as emotional as it gets – despite the fact that it ultimately didn’t prove to really be Ric Flair’s final match, the emotion of the moment remains compelling.
With the ‘Heartbreak Kid’ Shawn Michaels taking on Ric Flair with Flair’s career on the line, the pair put on a special in-ring display before the end of the match.
The moment that Shawn Michaels mouths “I’m sorry, I love you” to Flair before he hits him with the Sweet Chin Music is worth of a Hall of Fame induction all by itself.

2. Haku

Haku had an impactful career that spanned across the WWF and WCW, with his storied time in professional wrestling becoming the stuff of legend – including his outside-of-the-ring exploits.
Now that Haku’s son Tonga Loa and adopted son Tama Tonga are in WWE, another important family connection could prove valuable.
The ‘Final Boss’ The Rock, who considers Haku his uncle, could do the induction speech.
Considering the impact of the Bloodline storyline over the past few years, and its spotlight in the new WWE 2K25 video game, it could be time for Haku to be recognized in the Hall of Fame.

1. Ken Shamrock

Perhaps in a big of foreshadowing, the first “immortal moment” to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is set to be Bret Hart vs ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin from WrestleMania 13.
While the spotlight is on Hart and Austin, who will both be in attendance for the induction, that match also featured none other than Ken Shamrock as the special guest referee.
Shamrock is notably already inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame and the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame but remains absent from the WWE Hall of Fame.
Perhaps finally the class of 2025 will be his time to join the prestigious group.
