WWE Raw has undergone plenty of title changes throughout 2025 so far with pretty much every championship changing hands since the beginning of the year.
Whether it was IYO SKY capturing the WWE Women’s World Championship or GUNTHER losing and regaining the World Heavyweight Title, these switches have created a lot of unpredictability around all the gold.
With the summer season already underway for WWE, there should plenty more title changes to come through the rest of this year with every championship on Monday Night Raw.
Here are our predictions for the next holder of every championship on WWE Raw.
WWE Women’s World Championship – Rhea Ripley

Back in March, IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley to win the WWE Women’s World Championship. Both ladies then competed in a sensational three-way bout against Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41, but it was SKY who once again walked out as champion.
However, IYO has not defended the top prize for the Raw women’s division since that victory against Belair and Ripley.
Meanwhile, Rhea picked up a huge victory over Raquel Rodriguez in a Street Fight at WWE Night of Champions.
Coming off the heels of this win, Ripley should be next in line for a title shot and could finally pick up her first singles win over IYO to regain the WWE Women’s World Championship at the upcoming Evolution 2025 premium live event.

World Tag Team Championships – Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed

While The War Raiders kicked off 2025 as World Tag Team Championships, it was The New Day who won the titles at WrestleMania 41.
Since then, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been very selective on when they defend the titles and against whom.
Their upcoming title defence against The Judgment Day should yield some intriguing results, but there could be another new tag team waiting in the wings who will be the ones to win.
With the guidance of Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed could come together to become one of the most formidable and intimidating duos around to eventually take down The New Day and bring the gold to this new faction.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships – The Bella Twins

When Nikki Bella made her return to WWE on the June 9 edition of Monday Night Raw, it was Liv Morgan who stepped up to confront the WWE Hall of Famer.
This looked to set the stage for a singles showdown or potential WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship bout, but Morgan suffered a dislocated shoulder injury the following week that will keep her sidelined for months.
With recent reports of Roxanne Perez being Liv’s replacement to team with Raquel Rodriguez, the upcoming WWE Evolution 2025 show could still have a high profiled tag title clash.
Brie Bella could make her return to reunite The Bella Twins at the PLE where the iconic duo could finally capture their first WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships of their illustrious careers.

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship – Bayley

Ahead of WrestleMania 41, Becky Lynch attacked Bayley to pull her from the card before replacing her to team with Lyra Valkyria and win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at the event.
This eventually led to Lynch turning on Lyra after losing the title on the Raw After Mania and then subsequently defeating her former protege for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship at Money In The Bank 2025.
On the June 9 episode of WWE Raw, Bayley made her return and immediately set her sights on “The Man.” After coming up short against Lynch in her first attempt at taking the Women’s IC Title thanks to interference from Valkyria, it feels like fans will see a rematch down the line.
Whether it’s one-on-one or a three-way with both Becky and Lyra, Bayley seems destined to hold the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship and be its next title holder.

WWE Intercontinental Championship – Finn Balor

At WWE WrestleMania 41 Night Two, Dominik Mysterio defeated Finn Balor, Bron Breakker and Penta to win the Intercontinental Championship by pinning his Judgment Day stablemate.
This has led to some more brewing dissension between The Judgment Day members and Balor plotting against “Dirty Dom.”
While AJ Styles is next in line for a shot at the gold, Mysterio looks set to hold the title for a little while longer and eventually face Finn one-on-one.
Whenever this title bout goes down, it should be Balor who overcomes Dominik to finally capture the Intercontinental Championship after chasing the gold for several months.

World Heavyweight Championship – Sami Zayn

On the June 9 edition of Monday Night Raw, GUNTHER defeated Jey Uso to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Since then, Goldberg has stepped up to challenge “The Ring General” to his first defence of this second reign in the WWE Hall of Famer’s retirement match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
While this will surely be a tough test for GUNTHER, he should walk out with the gold against the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
Looking at the entire Raw roster, the star who has the most interesting story surrounding the World Heavyweight Title has to be Sami Zayn, who has never captured a world championship in his career.
After years of the gold eluding him, Zayn could once again be the man to dethrone GUNTHER in a similar fashion to his conquering of his record breaking Intercontinental Championship reign back at WrestleMania 40.
